Well presented modern four bedroomed townhouse situated within a beautiful, kid friendly community with swimming pool, gardens and kids pool. This rental is ideal for a large family or two families sharing together. This is a spacious three level townhouse comprising of a large lounge diner with two patio doors leading to a split terrace, separate kitchen and downstairs wc. On the second floor there is a master bedroom with terrace and en suite bathroom, walk in closet, a family bathroom and a single bedroom and a double bedroom both with ample storage closets. The top floor has an open attic room with two single beds and a sun roof terrace.  
The spacious lounge has satellite TV with UK chanels, two sofas and an armchair, fireplace and dining table seating 6 people. On the sunny back patio there is garden furniture for relaxing and table for eating and to the front another patio area with sun loungers and table and chairs. The kitchen is modern complete with all appliances. Linens and beach towels are provided. Ample cupboard space in this house, modern bathrooms and air conditioning. Parking is available on the street and we do recommend a car for this location. Although it is not far to the beach, it is located on a hill. It is possible to walk down and get a taxi back up. 
The community pool and gardens are located just to the front of the house. The community has well kept gardens with fountains and two beautiful swimming pools one being a kids pool. The views of the coast of Fuengirola can be seen from the pool area and are spectacular.

    • Fuengirola is a beach resort located in Southern Spain in the Provence of Malaga. Once a fishing village, Fuengirola has changed to a very popular tourist destination in the last 25 years with it´s well kept beaches.  
     
    Every Tuesday there is a market, where anything from clothes, hardware and fruit & vegetables can be purchased. Fuengirola has a fantastic zoo and it has been voted the best zoo in Europe and there are animals in their natural habitat.  
     
    In the summer it is open till 2 am where you can view the animals nocturnally. Here also there is a popular waterpark. There is a shopping centre with a cinema showing English films close by and a large department store of the famous Corte Ingles.  
     
    Close to the playground of the rich and famous, Puerto Banus where the yachts are a must to see and of course Marbella with it´s old town. Malaga city is very historical and also has great shopping. Public transport is reliable and inexpensive.

    We ask for a non refundable 25% deposit to secure a booking and the remainder payable on arrival. We will also ask for a security deposit of €150 to be paid at the time of reservation and which will be returned to you at the end of your stay after an inventory check.
