Private sunny garden for p.m. and evening sun; Large furnished terrace off lounge and main bedroom for morning sun, and overlooking communal gardens and tennis courts. Air conditioning/heating to Lounge & both bedrooms. Security phone in hall operates main gate entrance. Private underground parking bay with lift access direct to apartment front door. Satellite TV with BBC 1, 2, 3, 4; ITV 1, 2, 3, 4 (no card required); radio/cassette/CD player; DVD. Main bedroom with double bed, 2nd bedroom with single beds. En-suite bathroom to main bedroom with bath, shower, bidet. 2nd bathroom with bath, shower, bidet. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster and all utensils. Door leading directly into private garden with table, chairs, umbrella, sun loungers and small portable barbecue. The apartment has been furnished as a home-from-home property and not just for rental purposes, which is reflected in the quality throughout. The beach, restaurants, bars and transport (bus and train) are a 3 to 4 minute drive from the apartment (walking will take aproximately 15 minutes). Beautiful beach and promenade with abundant choice of restaurants such as English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, and Indian. Numerous bars and beach Chiringuitos line the promenade right into the bustling cosmopolitan town of Fuengirola (a 35 minute stroll from Torreblanca). From Torreblanca train station you can be in Fuengirola town centre in 5 minutes, or in the other direction take yourself into Torremolinos, Málaga City centre or direct to the airport terminals. Trains run every 30 minutes either way and are always on time. Ticket prices are amazingly low and are purchased via machines on the platform (beware boarding the train without a ticket - you will be charged double by the on-board collector if he catches you ! ). The accommodation would not, in our opinion, be suitable for anyone with mobility problems unless they are being driven by car, in which case they have access to the Apartment front door via the lift at car park level. For guests who do not wish to hire a car, the walks to the beach are very pleasant, with the return journey uphill.

Apartment is situated in an elevated position, just a 4 minute drive to the beach, restaurants, cafes & bars along the Torreblanca Promenade. Superb clean wide beach with loungers & umbrellas. Sea sports & all beach facilities. Abundance of restaurants to suit every taste, such as English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Indian,& interesting bars, many with entertainment & TV every day. Late night Supermarket & stores for newspapers & Magazines & Beachware on Seafront. Close proximity to buses & train (train takes you to Fuengirola in under 5 mins, or to Torremolinos, Málaga City or the Airport Terminals in opposite direction). Apartment has its own Private Garden with p.m. & evening sun, and a large Terrace off Lounge & Main Bedroom for morning sun. Elevator from garage (private parking bay) direct to Apartment door. Communal gardens with main pool and children's separate pool, 2 tennis courts. Suitable for disabled if being driven.

There are various trips available to such destinations as Gibraltar, Morocco and the White Villages of the Costa del Sol. All bookable locally. Winter skiing in the Sierra Nevada slopes during the winter months is only a couple of hours away from Málaga. (View the snow covered peaks whilst lying on the beach in easily attainable temperatures of 20c in winter). Acqua Parks are situated near Torremolinos and Fuengirola, with the Fuengirola Zoo a major attraction also. Numerous wonderful golf courses situated all over the Costa del Sol. Benalmádena Marina, just a 15 minute drive from Torreblanca along the picturesque coastal road, is a must visit for boat enthusiasts. Twice voted the world's best Marina, it has many fine restaurants, shops, bars and nightclubs to suit just about every taste and age group. Stroll along the Paseo from the Marina to the magnificent wide beaches of Carihuela (wonderful fish restaurants) and Torremolinos.

Bookings may be made by Phone, by E-Mail or Text. (Please note that if Full Payment is made at time of booking, a discount will be offered). Prices are for the Apartment (not per person), per week in Sterling. Arrival & departure days are flexible, subject to other bookings. We strongly advise you take out Cancellation Insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances. Rental cost is payable by cheque only, plus a security cheque for £100 (this will NOT be cashed, but remain in your file until your return). Any unfortunate damage occuring during your stay is assessed, & if serious enough, the cost of repair deducted from the Security cheque amount. If taking a train from the Airport, a Pick up service at Torreblanca station can be arranged by our Resident friends at Monte Cañada Apartments, subject to your arrival time into Málaga. A nominal 5 Euros for this service. 2 separate pick ups if there are more than 3 guests (10 Euros).
