This recently built attractive two bedroomed spacious Penthouse Apartment is set in a very beautiful and convenient location with two full bathrooms, one being en-suite. The apartment will sleep 4 to 6 people very comfortably and has patio doors from both the lounge and the master bedroom leading onto a large covered terrace with outside dining area. From here there is a spiral stairway up to the private roof terrace which covers the whole floor area of the entire apartment. The roof terrace has magnificent views of the coast line and also the Andalucian mountains. There is also a barbecue area as well as a covered area on this roof terrace. To complete the convenience there is a private secure underground garage for the block with a lift to each of the three floors.
Facilities
For the active hlliday maker, the landscaped gardens include two tennis courts plus a large swimming pool and a separate children's pool. There are a large number of excellent golf courses in the locality and plenty of opportunities for those who wish to go horse riding or sailing. The award winning Marina at Benalmadena is just one fo the many attractions. Only a short distance away is the centre of Fuengirola both which have a lively nightlife with many excellant restaurants. Torreblanca has easy access to Seville, Granada and Cordoba by car, by bus or by train using the nearby rail link with it's frequent services plus the recently opened Picasso Museum in Malaga. A perfect base to explore the coast, sightsee, enjoy a favourite sport or laze around the swimming pools or the loal sandy beaches which are a few minutes walk away from the complex.

£100 damage limitation deposit required to confirm booking. This will be returned at end of rental period all being well. If holiday cancelled, refunds will be at the owners discretion. Full rent to be paid six weeks prior to the start of the holiday. Details of the bank account to which the monies should be paid will be sent via e-mail.
