The apartment is located in a very residential area with a well cared for garden and swimming pool, and beside the old part of Los Boliches fishing village, with low buildings and pedestrian streets.The accommodation comprises one bedroom and one bathroom. The kitchenette is incorporated in the living room and is equipped with fridge, freezer, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room/dining area has satellite television and seating for 3 people. Linen is provided. The apartment has air conditioning (H/C).Outside there is a balcony, garden, and swimming pool (in working order during the summer only, please enquire). The apartment is suitable for the elderly or infirm (there is lift) but is wheelchair inaccessible. Local activities include cycling, golf, sailing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing and wind-surfing.Los Boliches is a small fishing village 20 minutes from Malaga, connected by an efficient train service, which you can get to within 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The same train takes you to the airport. Connected to Fuengirola there is a beautiful Paseo Maritimo along the beach stretching from Los Boliches right up to the other end of well known Fuengirola, where you can find more restaurants, cafes, bars, yacht club, fishing port, commercial centers such as Dunnes Stores, golf clubs, etc. Malaga is the nearest international airport (30 kms) and the nearest beach is 200m.

    • Apartment just renewed The apartment has been completely renovated. There is a new kitchen with all the facilities, including dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. There is a new sofa-bed in the living room and a queen sized double bed, and a new wardrobe in the bedroom. Air conditioning, (Hot & Cold) and satellite TV (Sky TV free channels) plus TDT (Spanish digital channels) have also been installed.
