This three bedroomed apartment is situated in a popular block located on the sea front at Los Boliches, Fuengirola. It is a popular location for holidays for all ages. The sandy beach is just across the road, and there are bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets within minutes walk. Parking is available to the front and side of the block if you choose to drive. A car is not however necessary to enjoy your holiday as everything you need is closeby, and Fuengirola town centre, with a greater variety of facilities is only 30/40 minutes walk along the (flat) seafront. Buses stop round the corner and the train station is only 10 minutes away. Malaga airport is 20 minutes by taxi or 40 minutes by train.

This apartment is fully and comfortably furnished for your holiday, whatever the season. There are 3 bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms (one full, and one en-suite shower room), both have been recently renewed. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and also has plenty of plates, glasses etc. Bath towels and linen is provided, with extra sets for bookings of two weeks plus. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living room for the summer months, and electric radiators for winter. It is a well maintained apartment within a similarly smart and well maintained block. Both the pool/gardens and entrance areas are very well kept. The tv and dvd player are both new. The living area has two settees and modern glass dining table with six leather chairs. There is a spacious balcony overlooking the pretty pool and gardens, with stylish patio furniture for sitting/dining. There are two airers provided for drying towels or washing.

Rates

Low Season Price : £300
High Season Price : £600 per Week

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures the booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. A refundable key/damages deposit of £200 is also charged. All money should be paid by cheque. Please contact the owner for further details. The rates are: November to March £300/week, April £350, May and October £400, June £450, July and September £500, August £600. There are discounts available for bookings of one month or longer.
