Vacation Rental Description
In a private estate (20.000m2) planted with avocados, mangoes, and some olive trees, is settled this beautiful house with private pool surrounded by lawn. Its owner lived here since birth and his childhood in this place keeps the happiest memories of his life. Gradually he has adapted it to modern times, and today retains an air of simple and friendly as few. Its location is enviable, at the foot of a fertile valley where tranquillity and nature will come, and from the top of the building overlooks the sea. The porch area is covered by a thick vine in the summer. The pool is outdoors and has lounge chairs, parasols and a covered area of reed bed that protects us from the sun. In the interior we find the dining room, which has a fireplace for the cold months of the year, and communicates with the kitchen. One bathroom and two bedrooms complete this well equipped accommodation.

Covered porch-terrace. Garden furniture. Built-in barbecue. Deck chairs. Parasols. Grass area. Swimming pool (7.5m x 4m; 1.35m - 1.75m deep). There is a toaster and kettle in the kitchen.
Activities
Location: 3km from Frigiliana (all services); 9km from Nerja, its beaches and its famous Caves; approx. 60km from Malaga (aerport).
In Frigiliana you can visit its old part of the town of Moorish architecture, which is the best maintained in Malaga province. Its sinuous streets make the whole a charming place and its route includes corners and small squares of extraordinary beauty. From the balconies and terraces we can contemplate the beauty of its lands with a blue sea as background. In the travel along the Moorish quarter we find some ceramic panels which tell us the history of Frigiliana. Its craftworks can be bought in the different shops in the old part of the town. There is a loom cooperative which was founded to recover a tradition and a job, a legacy from the Arabic people.

Price at Christmas and Easter: 690€. Easter, Christmas and Bank holidays are considered high season. July and August it is rented for complete weeks. Minimum stay at weekends: 2 nights. Prices include VAT. Rental deposit required on reservation: 50% of total price. Balance due: 4 weeks before. Security deposit required on arrival: 200€. Credit cards accepted.
