New air conditioned villa in 6800sqm of land just outside the famous mountain village of Frigiliana nestling in the pine trees of the National Park.It has stunning views looking down the green valley over Frigiliana to Nerja and the sea.There are 4 double bedrooms (3 ensuite)and a seperate guest toilet with a shower.From the main floor there is a staircase (with a baby gate)in the turret leading down to 2 double ensuite bedrooms with ceiling fans.There is a utility room incorporating a kitchenette.The master airconditioned bedroom,ensuite,has patio doors opening on to the terrace.The spacious air conditioned living room has an archway to the modern main kitchen.The patio doors open onto a covered terrace with ceiling fans and a large teak table.Leading on there is an open terrace with a gas BBQ and steps down to the large private swimming pool with 8 sun loungers and cushions.All bedrooms have mosquito blinds and outside 'black out' roller blinds.In summary,it gives peace and quiet with panoramic views yet within easy reach of the family friendly beaches,resturants,shops,banks etc.
Situated in the countryside (but not isolated) with views to Frigiliana,Nerja and the sea.Malaga Airport is 45 minutes away along a Motorway.Just 2km to the beautif\ul mountain village of Frigiliana and a short drive to the low rise picturesque seaside town of Nerja.There are many family friendly beaches with beach resturants.Frigiliana has taxis always available and has been awarded the title of the prettiest village in Spain.A short distance from Nerja is the village of Maro which has spectactular Caves with long stalactites and stalamites.Almunecar,35 minutes drive away,has a large water park.However as Villa Cereza has one of the largest private swimming pools in the area many people like to relax by the pool on the sun loungers and gaze at the stunning views.

The village has been awarded the title of the prettiest village in Spain several times.It has been inhabited by numerous civilisations from the Phoenicians and Romans to the Arabs,who had the greatest impact on the village's developement.During the Christain reconquest,Frigiliana was the site of numerous battles cumlminating in the famous battle of the Rock of Frigiliana in 1569 which ended in the complete explusion of the Moorish people.The town of Nerja is 10km away with its 5 family friendly beaches, beach restaurants and water sports facilities. There is the famous Balcon de Europa over looking the sea and a wide range of shops and restaurants. It has winding streets with attractive squares, cafes, shops, banks, tapas bars and discos. Local facilities: There are 3 golf courses to choose from, one only a 20 mins drive. One of the main attractions are the caves with the longest stalactites in the world in the village of Maro, a 5 mins drive from Nerja. Snow skiing at Sierra Nevada is 1.45hr away.There is a large Water Park in Almunecar a 35 minute drive away.Nerja boasts over 400 resturants !! The Balcon de Europa in Nerja is a magnificent promenade that was made famous by King Alfonso X11.Many people from all over Andulcia come to visit Frigiliana due to its beauty,tapas bars and varied restaurants.Only a short stroll from Villa Cereza there is a restaurant which has Flamenco shows twice a week.For the more adventurous the City of Malaga is only 45 minutes drive or 1.5 hours by bus.The old part of the City is impressive where the Picasso museum is not to be missed.
