This luxurious recently built apartment is presented to a very high standard, situated in a small complex on the fringe of the beautifully conserved, award winning and whitewashed Andalucian village of Frigiliana. In addition to the accommodation, the apartment has a communal pool and bathing areas, a private 25 sq. meter roof terrace provides privacy, peace and seclusion with spectacular sea and mountain views. Numerous bars shops and restaurants, are within walking distance. The regular bus service into Nerja takes little more than 10 minutes. Our prime location provides an enviable combination of spectacular mountains and Mediterranean beaches and boasts the best climate in Europe. The owners Boz and Polly live locally and both speak excellent Spanish, so are on hand to assist with any problems you may have during your holiday.     • Accommodation consists of one double bedroom with Balcony overlooking the Higueron Gorge and Sierra Tejada National Park, and views down to the sea at Nerja. One twin bedroom with views over Swimming Pool and the Frigiliana Valley. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, Microwave Oven, Washing Machine, Fridge Freezer. Bathroom with WC, bath and shower. The Lounge/diner has dinner seating for six and two, two seater sofas and coffee table, UK Sky TV, and doors leading to terrace with outdoor table and chairs and with sea and mountain views, PLUS – The TOTALLY PRIVATE Sun/Roof Terrace is for YOUR sole use only, and cannot be overlooked from any angle as it is the Only Roof Terrace in the vicinity with sun beds patio furniture and gas BBQ. Numerous enchanting 'Whitewashed Villages' are scattered across the inland hills which are perfect for short-trips - Granada, Marbella, Seville, Gibraltar, Ronda, Cordoba and Costa del Sol resorts all accessible for day trips.

    The rent includes water, gas and electricity, bed linen and towels(not beach towels). Arrival / Departure days are flexible. Arrival time 16.00; departure time no later than 10.00am to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals. Change of linen and towels is done on the 7th day then weekly. Extra days at pro-rata cost. Discounted rates for long lets in low season. A holding deposit of 25% is required within 7 days of booking. A refundable damage deposit of £100 / €150 Euros is required on arrival. There is wheelchair and pushchair access from the street level to the apartment and lots of local parking. Child's highchair and cot can be provided. Complimentary welcome grocery and drinks package on arrival. A late arrival supplement of 25 Euros will apply in the event of 'Planned' arrivals at Malaga later than 21:30 or to Granada later than 20:30 This will be payable in cash on arrival
