Home description

If you don't want to drive anywhere, you don't have to, all amenities are within walking distance. Staying in our apartment will mean a car is NOT Essential! Should you wish to venture out, there are usually taxis on the stand just a 3 minute walk away.

The beach is an easy stroll from the apartment, over the footbridge, the sea can be seen from the balcony. You don't have to leave the complex as there is a lovely swimming pool with a childs pool ajoining. The gardens are fenced & secure with an electronic door entry system.

The kitchen has a full size dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, oven with hob & extractor fan, a microwave, toaster, kettle & coffee maker. There is plenty of crockery & cutlery for everyone. There are tea towels, oven gloves & basics like salt & pepper, olive oil & herbs in the cupboards.

Hopefully, we have thought of every comfort for your holiday. A very good selection of UK television stations, including, CBBC, Eurosports, BBC, ITV. A DVD Player and a stero.

The master bedroom has the benefit of air conditioning. Should you need them, fans are also supplied.

Perfect for Golfers, Children, Couples & Families - Your solution to finding a busy holiday or a relaxing holiday. This spacious apartment is more than comfortable for upto 4 people.

Estepona / Benavista area

Benavista is located between San Pedro de Alcantara and Estepona and approximately 65kms from Malaga airport. It is easily accessible from the N340 (exit km 166). Benavista is an area comprising of a number of custom-built urbanisations which usually have their own pools & gardens.

Benavista has its own shopping arcade complete with supermarket, English butchers, bakery and a fine selection of restaurants and café bars – in fact, everything that you need for an enjoyable holiday.
Eatining out - Restaurants within a 5 mintue walk include Italian, Spanish, English, Morrocan, Lebanese, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Fish & Chips (really good & has been featured on TV!) - You name it, generally, we've got it!

If you want to venture out & have the time, the nearby fishing towns of Estepona or San Pedro where you'll find a wider variety of Spanish and International Cuisine are within a 10 minute drive.

Benavista is also an outstanding resort for the keen sportsperson – its favorable position on the beautiful Costa del Sol makes all year round sports a reality. Fine tennis courts, outdoor bowls, golf, water skiing.
The nearby 18 hole El Paraiso golf course designed by Gary Player – a par 70 course surrounded by beautiful countryside, but there are so many courses you'd need 3 months to get around them all!

Sports facilities nearby, including tennis club and bowls club, and just 2 mins drive from the El Paraiso Golf Course.
45 minutes drive to Malaga & the Airport
50 minutes drive to Gibraltar & the Airport
10-15 minutes drive into Puerto Banus and Marbella
10 mins into the centre the towns of Estepona and San Pedro.
Very good location for holidays with children & adults.

The Costa del Sol boasts many of Europes best beaches, so many to be visited!

Our property has air conditioning in the master bedroom, Fitted Kitchen with new dishwasher, washing machine, fridge & freezer, The living room is large & is shared with a dining area which has a table & chairs for 4. We have a terrace off the lounge overlooking the pool and gardens, you can even see the sea.
There is a lovely Swimming Pool and community Gardens which are secure and private..

Our apartment is furnished for comfort & convenience. We like to think that our guests will enjoy their holiday here as much as we do.

On entering the apartment you get a lovely feeling of space, it's clutter free, bright & airy. The kitchen has everything you should need.

In the lounge we have a television, a dvd player & stereo/radio, the perfect place to put your feet up & relax with sofas for 6 bottoms. The large french windows leading to the terrace are tinted, keeping the room cool & private.

The Swimming pool is a fantastic size & has plenty of space to sunbathe. The gardens are enclosed & there are many benches to sit & enjoy the sun

High Season Price : £375 per Week

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Depending on availability = If you are booking for more than 10 nights we may be able to negotiate a discount, please email me directly.

There is no minimum stay, - if you want to stay for 4 nights simply divide the weekly rate by 7 & multiply by the number of nights you require. ie, 4 nights in January would work out to be £200 / 7 = £35.57 x 4 = £134.29
For bookings of less than 7 nights we will unfortunately have an additional cover charge of £70 for cleaning & laundry.

Please contact us regarding payment, we offer several options.

A deposit of £100 is requested on booking & this will be held as a damages & keys deposit, obviously with no issues this will be refunded in full on your return.
