This charming air-conditioned and centrally heated town house is ten minutes' drive from Marbella and Puerto Banus, and 45 minutes from both Malaga and Gibraltar airports. The beach is only two minutes’ traffic-free walk through the trees. There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite), guest cloakroom, living room, fully fitted kitchen and separate laundry room. The master bedroom has a king-size double bed and a safe, bedrooms two and three can be either double or twin, and bedroom four has a three-quarter bed and also an extra stowable single bed. We can provide a cot and/or high chair (free) on request. The kitchen is fully fitted, with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer, deep fryer etc.. The laundry room contains a washing machine and tumble-dryer.The house has full Sky Digital TV, with movies, sports and children’s channels, video and DVD, hundreds of English books, toys and games, etc. There is a telephone for incoming calls and free local and national Spanish land line calls. The house is also equipped with wireless ADSL. There is also a very nice (in tune) piano, which you are welcome to use. All linen and towels (including beach towels) are provided.
