Vacation Rental Description
This modern 3 bedroomed villa is located in an enviable position as from the garden there is direct access to tropical gardens with steps leading to a private beach just 2 minutes away.The property consists of a spacious living/dining room with wonderful sea views from the patio doors which lead on to the furnished terrace and gardens. There are 2 comfortable settees and an extending round dining table which seats six. A large t.v. is installed in the lounge with satellite reception, ( free to view channels ) and a DVD player.
The modern well equipped kitchen has a hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, microwave, tumble dryer and a good selection of pots, pans, crockery glassware etc.
Also downstairs is a cloakroom with w.c. and hand basin.
Stairs lead up to the first floor where there is one twin bedroom and one double bed room, both of which have fully tiled en-suite shower rooms and built in storage space.
The master bedroom is on the second floor and this has a full en-suite bathroom and a large terrace with wonderful sea views. A television is also installed in this bedroom.
There is a fourth small bedroom suitable for a child, a cot and high chair are available.
This very comfortable holiday villa has marble floors throughout which, along with the sea breezes through the patio doors, help to keep the property comfortably cool even in the fiercest summer heat.
Outside the villa is a paved patio with dining table and chairs, this leads onto a a small private garden with a gate so the property is very safe for young children. This gate opens onto the communal gardens from where it is just a few steps down to the beach or in the opposite direction to the communal swimming pool, this has a low picket style security fence around it.
There is an allotted shaded parking area outside the villa in addition to which there is an underground car park a short walk away. The villa has an alarmed security system.
Facilities
This lovely property is well equipped with everything to make your holiday an enjoyable one.
Activities
The lovely seaside town of Estepona is just a few minutes away by car.Once a sleepy fishing village it now boasts many first class,shops,bars and restaurants whilst at the same time managing to retain much of it’s old worlde charm in the delightful cobbled back streets. There is also an excellent beach with a lovely promenade all along the front running for 2.6 kms. The villa is also conveniently situated a short walk along the beach from the prestigious Elba Hotel with its 5 star spa and the 4 star H10 Estepona Palace Hotel which both excellent dining facilities and evening entertainment if you do not wish to go into town.
The western end of the Costa del Sol has much to offer visitors with Selwo Wilflife Park, Gibraltar, Marbella and Puerto Banus. Travelling inland you can visit some of the pretty White Villages such as Casares and Gaucin. For the golfer of course there is a superb choice of first class Golf Courses nearby.

Please note Christmas and Easter are charged at the mid-season rate of 400.00 pounds All prices are fully inclusive of electricity, gas,linen, towels,cleaning and a welcome pack. The simplest and safest method of payment is either via online transfer from your online account to mine or by an electronic transfer direct from your bank to mine. You can also pay by personal cheque or direct counter payment at any branch of the Abbey Bank, full details sent at the time of booking. You may also pay using paypal but unfortunately as a result of paypal´s charges to the recipient, they make none to the sender, this method incurs a 4% surcharge on all monies sent. However for visitors outside Europe this may still prove the best method.
