Peacefully located just 2 minutes drive from the high-class beach resort and shopping centre at Laguna Village. This 3 bedroom townhouse has air conditioning/heating, a choice of 3 outdoor terraces for the all important open air life in Andalucia, and a spacious lounge and indoor dining area for when you just want to chill out in front of the 42" widescreen TV and watch Sky TV or a DVD. All the terraces enjoy fabulous views over the surrounding countryside and the sea. On the lower terrace you can relax with a glass of vino and watch the kids enjoying the large family pool. Alongside the townhouse is "Escuela de Arte Ecuestre" (Horse riding school) Selwo and Forest Hills tennis centre. Both of which offer family activities and great restaurants. 2 minutes away in the car or 15 minutes walking is the beach at Laguna Village designer shops, beach and beach bars. There are close to 30 golf courses within easy reach of the house. Perfect for that well deserved holiday in the sun.
