Bedrooms: Main bedroom has a double bed, large fitted wardrobes, dressing table and 2 bedside tables.
Bedroom 2 has 2 x single beds, fitted wardrobes and drawers.
This bedroom also has it's own bathroom.
Bathrooms: Main bedroom en-suite bath/shower, separate shower, WC, bidet, and hand basin inset in marble.
Second bathroom: with bath/shower, bidet, WC. and handbasin. Towels are supplied.
Kitchen: The new fully equipped kitchen contains fridge/freezer, oven with grill, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee percolator, kettle, juicer and toaster. There's ample cupboard space, containing all the utensils & cooking equipment that you may require.
Utility Room: Washing machine, ironing board, iron and clothes horses.
Living Rooms: Three seater settee and two easy chairs. A large coffee table and a cabinet with TV and DVD Player and Sky Box. Selection of CD's and DVD's. Small library of books available for guests. A dining table with 6 chairs.
Other: In Spain the terrace is considered the main room, our terrace has a dining table with 4 chairs, plus cane patio furniture consisting of a settee, 2 chairs and a coffee table. Sun loungers are also available.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Bedding, towels and tea towels are provided, but beach towels are not.
The apartment will be cleaned before your arrival and the beds will be made ready. Additional cleaning can be arranged by request (a supplement will be charged).
Notes on accommodation
A car is recommended to enable you to enjoy all the amenities in the surrounding area. Pets are not permitted and we would respectfully ask smokers to restrict this relaxation to the terraces.
In the interests of your health we would recommend that you do not leave the Air-Con on all night. It is suggested that you put the Air-Co. on about 30 mins before retiring. This will be sufficient to keep the bedroom cool through the night. The windows can also be left open as mosquito screens are built in.
