The apt has a spacious living/dining room furnished with two settees,coffee table, sideboard, dining table, 4 chairs,television and DVD player. Sliding doors open on to the terrace which is furnished with a table and four chairs. The terrace overlooks the pool and gardens and is very safe for children. The separate kitchen is very well equipt with the usual utensals and appliances including a dishwasher and breakfast table and chairs. The separate utility room houses a washing machine,iron/ironing board,vacum-cleaner,large sink and boiler. There are two bedrooms. One has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and bedside table and lamp. Sliding doors open onto a small balcony with mountain views. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed with bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobes and safety deposit box. Sliding doors open onto the terrace overlooking the pool. The ensuite,marble tiled bathroom is furnished with a bath, shower, bidet,toilet and two basins. The 2nd marble tiled bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. In the hall there is a large storage cupboard with hanging space. The floors throughout are marble. Furnishing and decoration throughout is neutral. Each room has air conditioning/heating. The apartment is light, airy and spacious. The swimming pool is stunning. It is gated and fenced. There are plenty of sunbeds and parasols for residents use. A lifeguard is on duty during the summer months. The pool area also has shower and toilet facilities. Rules and regulations which apply to the community regarding the apartments, gardens and pool area can be found in the apartment. These should be read and applied. Dunas Green is a gated urbanisation with 24 hour security. The gardens and pool are professionally maintained. The apartment has its own shaded parking space and video/intercom entry. Dunas Green is an ideal location to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday and yet is within easy distance to the exciting night life in Puerto Banus,great shopping in Marbella,vast choices of golf courses and of course,endless beautiful beaches waiting to be discovered and enjoyed.

Marbella and Puerto Banus are a 15 minute drive away. Estepona, with its great shopping, restaurants, beaches and bars, a short 5 minute drive. Selwo Zoo and horse-riding also within a 5 minute drive. Dunas Green has 24 hr security. The apt is on the 1st floor of a three floor block. From the kichen you have views of the mountains, from the balcony you can glimpse the sea between the trees. A golf course is a 2 minute walk and bars and restaurants a 15 minute walk.
