Luxury apartment furnished to a high standard set in the quiet surroundings of La Resina Golf Club, yet only minutes away from the numerous beaches in the area and close to Marbella, Puertos Banus, San Pedro and Estepona with their wide selection of bar and restaurants.
The large terrace, which is south facing and gets the sun until evening time, has wonderful sea views and is furnished to enjoy dining al fresco or relax on the sun loungers. The apartment overlooks Selwo Safari Park to the north and has two bedrooms- one double and one twin - and two bathrooms. There is sofa couch in the living area which folds into another double bed if needed. The intimate, manicured complex has two beautiful swimming pools, one with a large children's' section.The apartment has everything you will need for the perfect holiday, fully equipped kitchen with diswasher, microwave, washing machine, delph, cutlery, glasses, etc.,etc.The lounge area has flat screen TV with satelite conection, DVD player, radio. The apartment is fully air conditioned, which is esential for the hot Spanish summers.
The apartment is obviously supplied with all clean linen and towels on arrival.
There is an underground reserved parking garage with lift access to the apartment door, so the apartment is suitable for persons with special needs.
The complex is relatively small with two large swimming pools set in manicured gardens nestled at the foot of the mountains.
The La Resina golf course is also part of the complex. This is a beautifully maintained 9 hole course with a lovely Andalucian style clubhouse with bar and restaurant. Golf is FREE for guests staying in our apartment. Just let me know when booking. If you don't want the hassle and expense of bringing clubs with you, the clubhose hires clubs, golf buggies,eyc.. at very reasonable prices.

Activities in this part of Spain are endless. Nearest beach is only a few minutes away. Many others (some with watersports) very close. The bustling town of Estepona only about 6/7 minutes drive. With shops,restautants, bars etc.. Tourist office in the centre of town. Many tours and trips available, including Gibraltar and Morocco. Estepona has 20km of beaches with many beach bars. Consequently,it never really gets overcrowded. The oldtown has lovely winding back streets with numerous restaurants and tapas bars. The mountains beside the apartment are home to the Selwo Safari Park. This is one of the main attractions on the coast and is only a couple of minutes away.
A short drive to the east is the famous town of Puerto Banus with its designer shops and luxurios yachts.
Next town is chic Marbella. A vist to Orange Square in the old town is a must.
Laguna Beach with its designer shops & beachside pool area is just a few minutes away.
