Vacation Rental Description
Well situated 2 bed / lounge/dining, balcony, bath with shower, shower room, fully fitted kitchen, utility. 
In addition to the master bedroom and the two single beds, we have provided an extra fold up bed for that extra guest. 
The air conditioning also heats should you require to book during the winter months. It is controlled in each room individually. 
The private pool is shared by other residents in 3 apartment blocks. A key is supplied for you to gain access. 
 
 
The apartment is well furnished to a hight standard. An ideal place to relax and unwind. It is in a superb location within walking distance to the town, beaches, coves and Marina where there are a number of different restaurants. There are many amenities like shops and nightlife within walking distance from the apartment. 
 
The old Spanish square and town is a short walk - an ideal place for an evening meal.  
For those who want to eat in, Lidl Supermarket or Super Cor are both a 3 minute walk from the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering. 
From the balcony you can watch the world go by or get stuck into a book. 
 
Estepona is a popular golfing area with plenty of choice for the keen golfer. Estepona Golf has earned a reputation as a well presented, fair golf course with ample fairways and tees, as well as greens which are the envy of most other courses in southern Spain 
This part of Costa del Sol has a mild, Mediterranean climate which allows the visitor to enjoy outdoor activities 365 days a year. There are long hours of sunshine to enjoy the perfect holiday. 
Estepona is one of the few coastal towns that has succeeded in maintaining its pueblo charm and character. With an overall population of 37,000, the 'old town', as it is known, is a bustling and atmospheric centre.  
 
You can enjoy a day on the beach with beautiful views over Gibraltar and Africa.

    Small local shops offer locally made produce and goods. In the main town centre there are a number of boutiques offering contemporary international clothing brands and other goods. There is also a busy Wednesday market featuring clothing as well as food and vegetables. Estepona port holds a Sunday market for more of the "touristy" type of goods.

    Was so beautiful I would definitely come back again.

    I wanted to send you some pictures of our trip. One picture is us. The others are sights around the town. The apartment was perfect and we enjoyed the location, people and holiday.

    Great apartment with all amenities in an ideal location for a relaxing holiday. Our children enjoyed the swimming pool and going to the cove. There is loads to do in the area or you can just relax on the beach. Sam and Jon.

    The apartment is beautifully furnished and we enjoyed lovely weather and views. We appreciated that we were so central to the port, restaurants, Mercadona, Church, and Old Town-very pleasant. Francis.

    We enjoyed our visit very much. A nice home from home apartment. Catherine and Gavin were most helpful.
