This luxury,3 bed roomed, 3 bath roomed,fully air conditioned holiday apartment at Puerto Alto, Estepona comes with the
highest recommendation as it certainly ticks all the boxes if you are
looking for quality holiday accommodation in a convenient
location.

Larger than many similar modern apartments it is a total
of 200 sq.m. of which some 80sq.m.is given over to the terraces
so there is plenty of outdoor space in which to relax
and enjoy the wonderful Costa del Sol weather.

The large living/dining room is immaculately furnished
with comfortable,modern furniture. There is a large flat
screen t.v. here with all the free to view English channels
as well as Spanish terrestrial reception. You can of course bring your own
SKY card so you won't miss any of your favourite programmes. There
is also a DVD and CD player here.

Large patio doors open onto the furnished
terrace where you can dine whilst enjoying the sea views.

The ultra modern kitchen is also a generous size and
is very well equipped with all the necessary appliances such as a ceramic hob
and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, American fridge/freezer,
microwave,coffee percolator and a full complement of all
cooking utensils, crockery and glassware etc.

The apartment is divided over 2 floors with one
double en-suite bedroom on the first floor which
has access to a large terrace. On the second
floor is a further en-suite double bedroom and a twin
room which actually boasts a king size and a double bed.
There is a further full family bathroom on
this floor and downstairs there is a guests w.c.

Puerto Alto apartments are centred around a well
maintained communal garden with a large swimming pool
as its focal point. There is also a second smaller pool and
plenty of space on the lawns for sunbathing, sun loungers
are also provided on the terrace of the apartment as well as a gas BBQ.

This particular apartment is located in the centre
of the development thus making it one of the quietest
properties available in the area,the whole development
is gated and very secure. Stairs or a lift give
you access to the front door.There is on road parking beside Puerto Alto
should you require it but the convenient location of this apartment means
that a car is not a necessity.

This lovely holiday apartment is located just a short walk
from Estepona Port where you will find a very good selection of
shops, bars and restaurants there is also a good supermarket
closer to hand. The delightful main town of Estepona is a pleasant stroll
of some 20 minutes along the beautiful sea front promenade.
The nearest beach is a walk of around 10 minutes.

There are plenty of places to visit whilst staying on this
part of the Costa del Solsuch as Selwo Wildlife Park,
he historic Rock of Gibraltar, or head into the countryside
and explore the pretty white villages of Casares
and Gaucin.

So to conclude, this high class apartment gives you
excellent accommodation in the perfect location for an
enjoyable and memorable holiday on the Costa del Sol

All prices are fully inclusive of electricity, linen, towels and cleaning. 50% deposit secures with the balance due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. The simplest and safest method of payment is either via online transfer from your online account to mine or by an electronic transfer direct from your bank to mine. You can also pay by personal cheque or direct counter payment at any branch of the Abbey Bank, full details sent at the time of booking. You may also pay using paypal but unfortunately as a result of paypal´s charges to the recipient, they make none to the sender, this method incurs a 4% surcharge on all monies sent. However for visitors outside Europe this may still prove the best method.
