This lovely 3 bed roomed apartment is located in the newly renovated development of Kai Alde which is situated within a 2 minute walk of Estepona Port.It is on the 4th floor to which there is a lift service.

The apartment has a large living/dining room from which there is access to a south-facing enclosed sun terrace with patio furniture that offers the most stunning sea views to Gibraltar and North Africa.

Satellite t.v. with all the free to view channels DVD, CD/cassette music centre are all installed in the lounge.

There is a fully fitted kitchen which includes a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas cooker with oven, microwave and, of course, toaster, kettle and plenty of pots and pans,crockery and glassware etc.

Of the 3 bed rooms one is a double, one is a twin, although this can be converted into a double if wished, and the third has a single bed with a pull out second bed. They all have ample built in storage space.

There is one full family bathroom plus a further shower room with w.c.

Kai Alde is in a perfect position to be able to enjoy the delightful town of Estepona and it´s beach as well as all the bars, restaurants and nightlife of Estepona Port.

Residents also have full use of the beautiful swimming pool and gardens along with one of the few International Standard tenniscourts in Estepona,this was resurfaced in the summer of 2005 and has been relaid to exacting requirements.They are only available for use by those staying in the Kai Alde apartments.

There is a very good supermarket right on your doorstep plus plenty of parking.

The western end of the Costa del Sol has much to offer the visitor apart of course from its'excellent beaches. Selwo Wildlife Park makes a lovely day out as of course does Gibraltar. The cosmopolitan resorts of both Puerto Banus and Marbella are close to hand and it is but a short distance up in to the hills to visit some of the beautiful white villages such as Casares and Gaucin.

As if all this weren't enough there are plenty of first class golf courses in the area plus plenty of water sports on offer, or you can hire a boat to go fishing or cruise from the local port of Estepona.

All prices are fully inclusive of electricity, gas,linen, towels and cleaning. 50% deposit secures with the balance due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. The simplest and safest method of payment is either via online transfer from your online account to mine or by an electronic transfer direct from your bank to mine. You can also pay by personal cheque or direct counter payment at any branch of the Abbey Bank, full details sent at the time of booking. You may also pay using paypal but unfortunately as a result of paypal´s charges to the recipient, they make none to the sender, this method incurs a 4% surcharge on all monies sent. However for visitors outside Europe this may still prove the best method.
