This large 2 bedroomed holiday apartment is ideally located on the second floor of block 4 of the Puerto Paraiso Apartments at Estepona Port. It is just a short walk away from all that this very popular pleasure port has to offer and from the big balcony you have superb views across the port to the sea.

Originally 2 one bedroomed apartments it has been adapted to make one spacious 2 bedroomed, 2 bathroomed apartment and as such offers much more living accommodation than many similarly priced apartments.

The large living/dining room is very tastefully furnished with a comfortable 3 piece suite and elegant solid wood dining suite.There is a large t.v. with satellite reception along with normal terrestrial channels and a video recorder.

From here you have access to the large terrace which is furnished with a patio set as well as sunbeds and from where you can enjoy the excellent views of the port and sea.

The well equipped kitchen is also of very generous dimensions and has a dishwasher, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and plenty of posts, pans, crockery, glassware and utensils etc. There is also a breakfast table.

The 2 bedrooms are both double rooms and one of them has the benefit of air conditioning. They are both comfortably furnished and have plenty of storage space.

There are 2 fully tiled bathrooms, one having a full bath with shower plus hand basin,w.c. and bidet. The other has a separate shower plus w.c. and hand basin, the washing machine and tumble dryer are located here.

Guests at this apartment have the choice of 2 communal swimming pools, a large one,10x 20 m plus a smaller one set in an attractive garden with grassed area for sunbathing. You also have all the first class amenities of Estpona Port right on your doorstep. Here you will find an excellent choice of cafés, bars and restaurants as well as a large supermarket and other smaller shops.

The charming town of Estepona is a pleasant stroll of around 10 minutes along the beach side promenade. It is a very pretty town with many flower bedecked cobbled streets and plazas and lots of lovely shops, bars and restaurants. Having not so long ago been a sleepy fishing village it has embraced tourism well without loosing touch with its roots.

Other places of interest in the area include Selwo Wildlife park, and the historic Rock of Gibraltar. Visitors may also like to travel inland little way and explore some of the famous white villages" such as Casares and Gaucin.

Golfers of course are spoilt for choice as this part of the Costa del Sol has some of the best golf courses on offer.

The simplest and safest method of payment is either via online transfer from your online account to mine or by an electronic transfer direct from your bank to mine. You can also pay by personal cheque or direct counter payment at any branch of the Abbey Bank, full details sent at the time of booking. You may also pay using paypal but unfortunately as a result of paypal´s charges to the recipient, they make none to the sender, this method incurs a 4% surcharge on all monies sent. However for visitors outside Europe this may still prove the best method.
