This attractive one bedroomed holiday apartment is in the perfect location to enjoy a superb holiday on the Costa del Sol. Located in the ever popular Kia Alde, which boasts the largest swimming pool on any development in Estepona, it has excellent views over the pool, tennis courts and gardens and is just a short walk to all amenities.

The accommodation comprises of an open plan living area with comfortable settee,drop leaved dining table and a kitchen area with a 2 ringed electric hob, washing machine,microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, toaster and all the pots, pans, crockery, glassware etc. which you are likely to need on your holiday.

There is satellite t.v.with all the free to view channels plus a radio and CD player.

The bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside tables and a large built in wardrobe.

The bathroom is fully tiled and has a walk in power shower cubicle, w.c. and hand basin.

As well as the beautifully maintained swimming pool and gardens guests at this apartment also have access to the full size tennis court. There is parking just outside the entrance from where you have the choice of either stairs or a lift.

The location of this first floor apartment is a major attraction as within a short walk, just a couple of minutes, you have a bar and a supermarket.

Then just a few minutes further on you come to the very popular Estepona Port where you are spoilt for choice for shops, bars and restaurants. The town of Estepona itself is a very pleasant stroll of 10-15 minutes away along the Paseo Maritimo( promenade.) You also have a choice of beaches to pick from all of which are kept beautifully clean but one particular gem is the Blue Flag Playa Cristo, a safe and charming bay with a first class chiringuito,(beach bar.)

Originally a fishing village Estepona has adapted well to tourism and is now a beautiful flower bedecked town with pretty plazas, cobbled back streets and a host of pavement cafés whilst still managing to retain its original Spanish flavour.

There are plenty of places of interest to visit when staying on this end of the Costa del Sol.Such as Selwo Wildlife Park or the historic Rock of Gibraltar The cosmopolitan resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus are also close by.Inland you have a variety of pretty wide villages and some lovely countryside to explore. For the golfer of course this is one of the best places to be with many first class golf courses all within easy reach.

The simplest and safest method of payment is either via online transfer from your online account to mine or by an electronic transfer direct from your bank to mine. You can also pay by personal cheque or direct counter payment at any branch of the Abbey Bank, full details sent at the time of booking. You may also pay using paypal but unfortunately as a result of paypal´s charges to the recipient, they make none to the sender, this method incurs a 4% surcharge on all monies sent. However for visitors outside Europe this may still prove the best method.
