This highly recommended one bedroomed apartment at Puerto Paraiso in Estepona Port is, clean, comfortable and modern. The kitchen and full bathroom have both been recently re-fitted and overall it offers excellent holiday accommodation in one of the most popular locations on the western Costa del Sol.

Whilst located in the port it is in one of the blocks furthest away from the port entrance where most of the noisier night clubs are located so you have the advantage of being close to all amenities but with the minimum of night time disturbance.

There is a light and airy living/dining room with a flat screen t.v. which receives all the free to view satellite channels and a DVD player. In addition the apartment has the added benefit of a covered terrace with views over the port. Here there is a sofa bed which can accommodate a further two guests.

The main bed room has twin beds.

The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine, hob and oven, fridge/freezer,microwave, kettle, toaster and all the pots, pans, crockery and glassware etc. that you are likely to need.

The fully tiled bathroom has a full bath with a showerover it.

Guests staying in this apartment have access to a choice of 2 swimming pools and a tennis court. In addition of course there is a lovely sandy beach right on your doorstep and Estepona Port has many diversions to entertain the holiday maker. There is a good selection of bars and restaurants offering an excellent choice of international cuisine. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets within walking distance and the main town of Estepona is just a 10 minute stroll away. From the port you can also take a trip out to view the dolphins or charter a boat for some deep sea fishing.

In conclusion then this apartment offers perfect accommodation for up to 4 people in an ideal location for an enjoyable holiday in one of the most popular destinations in southern Spain.

The beautiful seaside town of Estepona is within walking distance, about 10-15 minutes, and here you will find lovely clean beaches, good shopping, first class restaurants and plenty of bars. It is a very pretty town with where you can still find many traces of its´fishing village heritage with cobbled back streets and flower bedecked plazas.

Selwo Wildlife Park is to hand and offers an excellent outing for all the family. Also within easy reach are the cosmopolitan resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus as well as the Historic Rock of Gibraltar.The golfer of course is well catered for with any number of first class golf courses very close by.

All prices are fully inclusive of electricity, gas,linen, towels and cleaning. Please note there is a supplement of 50.00 euros per week when the apartment is taken by 3 or 4 guests. The simplest and safest method of payment is either via online transfer from your online account to mine or by an electronic transfer direct from your bank to mine. You can also pay by personal cheque or direct counter payment at any branch of the Abbey Bank, full details sent at the time of booking. You may also pay using paypal but unfortunately as a result of paypal´s charges to the recipient, they make none to the sender, this method incurs a 4% surcharge on all monies sent. However for visitors outside Europe this may still prove the best method.
