This comfortable 1 bedroomed holiday apartment is perfectly located in a beachside position with superb sea views whilst at the same time being in the centre of the lovely resort of Estepona and therefore just a short walk from many first class amenities.

The accommodation is on the first floor and comprises an open plan living/dining room with patio doors onto the balcony.Here you can relax on the patio chairs and enjoy the beach scene below. You will find a DVD player, video recorder,radio and t.v. with normal terrestrial broadcast in the lounge.

The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with a hob and oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee percolator, kettle, toaster and plenty of pots,pans, crockery and glassware etc.

The bedroom has a king size bed and a full en--suite bathroom pus plenty of storage space.

Guests at the apartment have full use of the lovely roof top swimming pool and paddle tennis court. Sunbeds are provided on the large patio area surrounding the pool and from where there are fabulous sea views.

This apartment is situated right in the heart of the lovely seaside town of Estepona. In addition it overlooks the Paseo Maritimo,( promanade )and the beach so you could not wish for a better position for a holiday on the Costa del Sol.

    • Originally a fishing village Estepona has adapted well to tourism and is now a beautiful flower bedecked town with pretty plazas, cobbled back streets and a host of pavement cafés. However it still manages to retain its original Spanish flavour.

    There are plenty of places of interest to visit when staying on this end of the Costa del Sol. Such as Selwo Wildlife Park or the histroic Rock of Gibraltar The cosmopolitan resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus are also close by.Inland you have a variety of pretty white villages and some lovely countryside to explore.

    All prices are fully inclusive of electricity, gas,linen, towels and cleaning. The simplest and safest method of payment is either via online transfer from your online account to mine or by an electronic transfer direct from your bank to mine. You can also pay by personal cheque or direct counter payment at any branch of the Abbey Bank, full details sent at the time of booking. You may also pay using paypal but unfortunately as a result of paypal´s charges to the recipient, they make none to the sender, this method incurs a 4% surcharge on all monies sent. However for visitors outside Europe this may still prove the best method.
