Bermeja Beach holiday apartments are ideally located for a superb holiday on the Costa del Sol. They are right next to a clean, safe blue flag beach and just a short stroll from Estepona Port with its first class choice of shops,restaurants, bars and night life. 
 
This particular 2 bedroomed apartment has a large living/dining room with feature open fireplace and two sets of patio doors onto the large terrace. There is a t.v. with terrestial Spanish channels. From the furnished terrace there are fantastic views of the sea and the communal gardens, from where there is direct gated access to the beach.  
 
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a hob and oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee percolator and all pots, pans, crockery and glassware etc. In fact everything you will need to make your holiday a comfortable one. 
 
Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with full baths with shower over, toilet, bidet and hand basin. The master bedroom has two twin beds which can be made up as a king size double if wished, please state on booking, and the second bedroom has twin beds. 
 
 
The large swimming pool, 8x15 approx, is divided into 2 with a shallower end for children plus a deeper end of approx. 2 metres.The complex itself has a security gate with access via a remote control. Parking is available within the complex on a first come first serve basis although the proximity of this apartment to all amenities means that a car is not essential to enjoying a holiday here. 
 
In conclusion then his apartment offers quality holiday accommodation in a delightful beach side and tranquil setting whilst at the same time being just a short walk from Estepona Port and the town centre thereby offering you the best of both worlds.

The lovely seaside town of Estepona is just a short stroll away along the pretty promenade.Originally a fishing village it has adapted well to tourism and is now a beautiful flower bedecked town with pretty plazas, cobbled backs streets and a host of pavement cafés whilst still managing to retain its original Spanish flavour. 
 
There are plenty of places of interest to visit when staying on this end of the Costa del Sol.Such as Selwo Wildlife Park or the histroicRock of Gibraltar The cosmopolitan resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus are also close by.Inland you have a variety of pretty white villages and some lovely countryside to explore. For the golfer of course this is one of the best places to be with many first class golf courses all within easy reach.

50% deposit secures with the balance due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. All prices are fully inclusive of electricity, linen and towels. The simplest and safest method of payment is either via online transfer from your online account to mine or by an electronic transfer direct from your bank to mine. You can also pay by personal cheque or direct counter payment at any branch of the Abbey Bank, full details sent at the time of booking. You may also pay using paypal but unfortunately as a result of paypal´s charges to the recipient, they make none to the sender, this method incurs a 4% surcharge on all monies sent. However for visitors outside Europe this may still prove the best method.
