A newly decorated, ground floor, two-bedroom, air-conditioned apartment nestling in the Selwo Hills, just five minutes east of Estepona. Tastefully furnished as a prestigious apartment. Los Altos de Lunymar is just 45 minutes by car, midway between Malaga and Gibraltar airports.
Twin beds and a double sofa bed in the lounge, plus a zed bed, enables us to accommodate four to six people. There's ample wardrobe and drawer space in each of the bedrooms, with coat hangers provided. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath with shower and there is a second shower room/toilet.

The kitchen is well equipped with all the latest electrical appliances - fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher etc.

The combined lounge/dining area has a dining table and chairs and two comfortable sofas. TV/DVD and CD player.

Patio doors from the lounge and master bedroom lead onto a spacious patio with dining table and chairs, sun loungers and padded seats in the walls. Steps lead down into a small garden area with decking and lemon, bay and mandarin trees. A gas barbecue gives you the opportunity to make the most of the enormous terrace in this wonderful climate. The terrace overlooks the tropical gardens, swimming pools, orange and lemon groves and has views of the sea.

We have tried to supply all the things you might want on a holiday in the sun, and hope that this will mean not having to take everything with you. So what will you find supplied? Well there are...

In the fully equipped kitched you will find a tea pot and coffee cafetiere and all you will need to be able to cook a family meal. We have left a number of dishwasher and washing tablets and even some food for your use - please try and leave some for the next guests.

Estepona provides all the essentials for a fabulous holiday, no matter what your tastes- beaches, golf courses, marina, horse riding, scuba diving, tennis - all in an engaging small-town atmosphere, 26 kilometres from the sophistication of Marbella and Puerto Banus.

With it's long coastline and Moorish influence, this area of Spain has a little something for everyone. The climate is hot in the summer and mild in the winter. Steeped in history are the cities of Granada, Seville and Cordoba, surrounded by a varied and dramatic landscape of mountains and hillls, where pituresque white villages hide away, offering peace and tranquillity in contrast to the chic sophistication of the coastal harbours.

Take an evening stroll around Estepona port and enjoy one of the many fish restaurants or bars. On a Sunday morning, you can wander around the rather "upmarket" market stalls.
