Suitable children and can supply high chairs and cots at extra cost. Complex is very children friendly. Electric shutters to all windows and no smoking please. 
 
The apartment has underground parking, with a lift available from the garage to the door of the apartment. So it is suitable for disabled persons. 
 
Communal gardens and pool right outside apartment less than 5 metres away. Further pool about 50ft away. Nicely maintained gardens and suitable for children of all ages. 
 
Terrace has 2 sofas and two sun loungers, also available in the lock up are 8 sunbeds for around the pool.

5 minutes drive from Heaven beach and many other beaches close by. Great beach with good Chiringuito and terrific atmosphere. The New Golden Mile and Andalusia, especially this part of it, offers many activities, including fishing, walking, mountain biking, sailing, painting, horse riding, 4 x 4 off-roading, para-gliding. Situated on the 'New Golden Mile' between Marbella and Estepona, Selwo Hills stands in an area of great demand from which you have access to a world of entertainment. 'Selwo Park', an African game reserve that provides a natural buffer. The reserve is within walking distance. For the golfers, the nearby Los Flamingos or El Paraíso Golf Courses, and just 1 km away are the, peaceful beaches of the coast to practice endless water activities, or, where you can sit in a relaxing beach chiringita eating local tapas for lunch.

The Costa del Sol more commonly known as The Costa Del Golf is at the centre of Europe's golf courses. Duquessa golf, Estepona golf, Valderama, La Quinta, San Roque are just some of the many courses nearby as well as our more local course 5 minutes away called La Resina golf and named after our apartment. 
 
Sierra Nevada and Sol Y Nieve about 2 hours drive away and you can ski in the morning and be on the beach in the afternoon. The most southerly resort in Europe. Heavy snow December to May. 
 
Malaga airport 45 minutes drive. Gibraltar airport approx 45 mins drive. The new airport Jerez is about 1 hours drive (RyanAir). 
 
Estepona about 5 minutes drive (Market day Wednesday), Marbella and Puerto Banus 15 minutes (Market day Marbella Monday) and Puerto Banus (Market Day Saturday). New Disney Park opening soon.
