Fantastic fully equipped duplex apartment (non smoking), located on a private country club development close to old Estepona on the New Golden Mile just west of Marbella. Whether it is access to wonderful golf courses, or close vicinity to the beach this is the place to choose.

The true jewel of the urbanisation is its clubhouse. For those looking for fitness and relaxation the clubhouse offers over 950m2 space for sports, health and beauty, your well-being and to spoil your senses. The beauty center is divided in two areas; at one side you will find the UV cabins, the fitness room and the classroom for group lessons. On the other side you will find the thermal area which we divide in a relax zone equipped with six heated lounge chairs and the actual thermal zone with 3 pools, one for swimming at 31ºC, one for tonification at 12º and one hydro massage pool at 36 ºC with incorporated Jacuzzi, a bubble chair and an area with hydro massage chairs.

Albayt completes its wide range of installations with its small Golf course, a course studied to the last detail to suit both the needs of beginning players as well as for those who are looking to perfect their swing.

This professionally maintained apartment was brand new in April 2006 and has private terraces, secure underground parking with multiple communal swimming pools set within landscaped gardens, some with pool bars. There is hot and cold air conditioning and a security system.

The property is situated between the charming old town of Estepona and the lovely Puerto de La Duquesa, both only about 5km /3 miles away. Cosmopolitan Marbella (great for shopping) and the dazzling Puerto Banus (great for people watching) are only 20 minutes away by car and the lively resorts of Fuengirola and Torremolinos are within easy reach by car, bus or taxi. Children friendly. English resident property manager will meet and greet you.

Situated less than 500 metres from a local unspoilt secluded beach. If you prefer something more lively, the beautiful beaches of Playa del Cristo, Estepona and La Duquesa are only a 5 minute drive. Likewise Sotogrande, Puerto Banus and Marbella are only 10 - 15 minutes away by car.There are several attractions close by to interest the whole family. Selwo Safari Park in Estepona with its animals roaming semi-wild is a great day out as is the Zoo in Fuengirola. There are also 2 Water Parks closeby, one in Mijas Costa one in Torremolinos. A great day out is a visit to Gibraltar, (but don't forget your passport) where you can take a tour of 'The Rock' and have close contact with the Apes. For the more adventurous, you can also take a day trip to Morocco on the fast Ferry from Algercias. There are at least 40 golf courses along the coastline. The famous Valderama course is only 15 mins away.

Towels and linen are included. Apartment cleaned at the beginning and end of stay. Additional cleaning and laundry services can be arranged at the cost of the occupant. Beach towels are not included. 24 hour on site security. Secure underground parking. Security system. No Smoking or candles in apartment - restricted to terraces only. Not accessible for wheelchairs. The whole complex and area is child friendly. Our apartment is fully managed by an English property management agent who lives on the resort complex. All those that have stayed with us consider this to be a big benefit.

Apartment is NON SMOKING. For bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, payment of the full amount is required at time of reservation. Please note that all payments need to made into our Spanish bank account. Full booking conditions will be sent to you before you pay your booking deposit.No parties under the age of 25 years and no all male groups. This means regardless of arrival time we can have you met by our agents and shown around the apartment
