Vacation Rental Description
This stunning apartment is furnished to a high standard with a east and south facing sunny terrace, garden and BBQ area. The views of the coast are stunning. Situated in the tranquil La Resina Golf and Country Club. It is located in between the Spanish towns of Puerto Banus and Estepona, both of which have popular weekly markets. Both the beach and Selwo Aventura Safari Park are within walking distance. The apartment has an entrance hall with a very spacious lounge/dining area which leads out onto a double aspect terrace with tables and chairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed , dressing room and en suite, bathroom.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds which can also be made up as a king size. The lounge also has a double sofa bed. The main bedroom and the living room lead out onto the terrace, with tables and chairs for your morning coffee. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped and there is a second, full bathroom.
All the flooring is in marble except in the kitchen and terrace area where it's terracota. Big terrace overlooking the sea and the mountains, you can also see Gibraltar and the North of Africa plus balconies overlooking the swiming pool and community area. It has a private garage and aditional parking space outside. The swiming pool for adults and for children also has a nice surrounding garden.
It's is located in a very quite and relaxing area, the New Golden Mile, very near Puerto Banus, only 10 minutes driving distance and many other amenities, like the Selwo Park, a short walk.
Facilities
Next to the golf 'La Resina' and to the Selwo Park. Opposite the famous 5 star hotel 'Las Dunas'. 5 minutes to horse riding and horse dancing shows.

Up to 2 weeks is €395 per week 3+ weeks is €300 per week 3 months or more is €250 per week. Rent should be paid in advance plus a deposit of €150 refundable. Payment can be made via paypal or by Bank transfer. Prices are inclusive of all bills and there is nothing else to pay. Extra days are charged at the pro rata. Please ask prices for longer stays. Minimum stay is 1 week.
