Main Description
Villa Mirasierra is located in the exclusive El Paraiso valley between San Pedro and Estepona. Set in extensive, mature private gardens including a swimming pool and barbecue area, it is perfectly peaceful. The villa has mountain views to the west, and down the coast to Gibraltar and the Atlas mountains. Accommodation is spacious and airy, with two double bedrooms and one twin (all with ensuite bathrooms and air-conditioning) and open-plan living area including a luxury kitchen and separate dining area. Digital satellite, games console and CD/DVD player are included.
Mirasierra is also perfectly situated for leisure activities. It overlooks the El Paraiso golf course - just one of many renowned courses in the area - and there are facilities for tennis, bowls and horse riding nearby. The beach is only 5 minutes away, and the shopping, restaurants and nightlife of Marbella and Puerto Banus are just 15 minutes away by car (there are also plenty of local bars and restaurants). The villa is a great base from which to explore the mountains and the famous White Villages of Andalucia.

Rates

Low Season Price : £800
High Season Price : £1800 per Week

A security deposit of £400 is required to confirm a booking, this is refundable shortly after the end of your stay at the villa (subject to deductions for breakages/damage, excessive cleaning costs etc.). Full payment should be made 6 weeks prior to the start date of your stay. If you book a stay less than 6 weeks before the start date of the stay, the full cost plus deposit must be paid.

Although payment by cheque is welcome, the ooking will not be confirmed until funds have cleared, so our preferred method is by bank transfer, as this is generally faster.

If cancelling a booking, the following refund structure applies:
> more than 6 weeks'notice given - 100% refunded
> 4-6 weeks' notice - 75% refunded
> 2-4 weeks' notice - 50% refunded
> less than 2 weeks' notice - 25% refunded
