This is a recently built 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with all mod cons sleeping 4 people. There is a balcony with a table and 4 chairs and with plants & views over the pool. In the lounge there are 2 comfortable leather sofas seating 5, a dining table and chairs for 6 & a TV with DVD, VCR and Sky satellite system showing English channels. The master bedroom has a Superking sized zipper bed which can be 1 double or 2 singles & a security safe. Second bedroom has 2 single beds. Plenty of wardrobe space and hangers in both bedrooms. All bed linen and towels included. 2 Hairdryers are provided. The kitchen is fully kitted out for convenience. The balcony overlooks a communal pool and gardens. There are 4 further pools on the development and also a paddle tennis court. There is underground secure parking and a lift from the garage to the apartment. The apartment is approximately 1 mile (1.5km) from the beach and marina but easily with walking distance.
Please note this is a non-smoking, non pet apartment.

Golf

The Costa del Sol has not been called the Costa del Golf without good reason. It is simply a golfers paradise. There are now more than 60 courses situated along the Costa del Sol, four of which are ranked in the top 10 in Europe, add to that a fantastic all year round climate and you are in golfing heaven!!. Our apartment is alongside the La Duquesa course and is only a 3 minute drive to the clubhouse. The course was designed by Robert Trent Jones. La Duquesa is one of Costa del Sol's most varied courses and is renowned for its spectacular landscape with views of the mountains and Mediterranean.


Inland Andalucia

The inland towns of Andalucia (particularly Casares, Gaucin and Ronda) are well worth a visit if only for the scenic drive alone (car hire is a must unless you are feeling particularly energetic and hire mountain bikes). The mountain air can feel a bit fresher and cooler than the coast. There are also a number of walks in and around these towns for the fit and not so fit among you. The feel of these white hilltop towns and villages is quite different from the hustle and bustle of the coastal towns.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner. Notes to the rental rates * A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The balance will be due 6 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £175 on a separate cheque will also be required with the balance which will be fully refunded on your return home unless there is any damage. The rates include all linen and towels and cleaning of apartment when vacated. For a small charge we can provide a welcome pack on arrival. * We are also happy to accept payment in Euros. Late booking within 4 weeks of stay will receive a 15% discount.
