The apartment is situated on the Hotel Golf Duquesa Course so it is overlooking the green landscape containing a large variety of birds and wildlife, with distant views of the sea. Secure garaged parking with direct access to the apartment via steps or lift ideal for the less firm or disabled. On site security with remote control barrier access.

There is winter skiing 2 hrs drive away in the Sierra Nevada
mountains.
With around 50 courses along the Costa del Sol coastline, the visiting golfer is completely spoilt for choice. Many of the courses are hilly, some requiring a buggy for any but the super fit, however there are also a good number of fairly flat parkland courses. The courses at this end of the Costa del Golf tend to be less crowded and better value than those nearer to Marbella. The area surrounding Duquesa boasts some of the best golf courses in Europe, Valderama, Sotogrande, San Rogue, Real Club du Golf and La Canada. Estepona Golf Club is less than 15 minutes away and another 15 minutes away are more courses including Aloha, Los Naranjos, La Quinta and Las Brisas. Of course the apartment overlooks the La Duquesa Golf Course designed by Robert Trent Jones and is 10 minute walk from apartment and is 18 holes, Par 72, 6142 metres.

Secure location, on Golf Course, choice of pools within 60 metres, green views at the rear, two patio's with furniture, BBQ, Sky + after April, ordinary sky until then.
Plenty of beaches, bars, restaurants, markets.
