Monte Duquesa is a small quiet urbanisation of approximately eighty apartments overlooking the port of Monte Duquesa. It is perfectly situated for those wishing to avail of a quiet relaxing family holiday or alternatively enjoy the many wonderful golf courses within a short distance of this beautiful resort (including Valderrama, San Roque and Finca Cortesin home to the 2009 World matchplay championship in September). This larger than average apartment of 120sq. metres complete with private secure underground parking, is at garden level allowing easy access for all ages and shares a community pool, kiddies pool and mature tropical gardens. The two bedrooms are both ensuite affording maximum privacy to the guests. The master bedroom has patio doors leading out to the terrace while the second bedroom looks out onto the beautiful gardens of this community. The large lounge area is ideal for relaxing in and also leads out onto the terrace. The kitchen contains all the modern equipment for a great holiday and just outside the kitchen in the utility room is a washing machine. The central area of this complex has two restaurants, 2 bars, and a deli. Just a five minute stroll away is the magnificent port of Duquesa with an abundance of fine bars and excellent restaurants (Italian, Chinese, Indian, Mexican) serving the finest food. On either side of the port are blue flag beaches.

    • Welcome package provided on arrival. All linen and towels are provided and towels are for use inside the apartment only. Beach towels are not provided, please bring your own. A baby's cot is provided. Satellite TV includes Sky Sports 1,2,3, Sky Movies, Sky News, CNN, all BBC&ITV chanels,RTE 1, Discovery, National Geographic, Childrens chanel and various Spanish chanels. Secure underground parking is directly underneath the apartment.

    A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure booking. A booking form which will be issued to the guest when a reservation is requested is to be filled out and returned with the deposit. The full balance is to be paid 4 weeks before arrival date. Payment will be accepted by Cheque, Bank Draft or bank transfer in GBP or Euros. 10% discount is available for bookings of two weeks or more. Stays shorter than one week can also be accommodated.

    We had the most wonderful time away and your apartment was fantastic. We have been away a number of times and I can safely say your apartment comes out tops for places to stay.
