Our brand new apartment is fully furnished with modern furniture, has marble floors and is fully air conditioned. One double bedroom with en suite bathroom and one twin room. There is a separate shower room and the kitchen is fully equipped.  
 
It has a private terrace with dining furniture for 4 persons, for al fresco dining; a perfect opportunity to enjoy long sunny days with a sea view. There is a lift to the 1st floor apartment from the secure underground allocated parking area.  
 
There are two pools (one for children) set in beautiful landscaped gardens. Sun loungers and parasols are provided and the beach is just 3 minutes walk away. The nearby port of Duquesa is a 3 min drive (or 30 min beach walk). 
 
The Costa del Sol/Malaga region 
Manilva Beach is a fantastic location for those wanting a beach holiday but it is also ideally situated for activities such as golfing, walking, exploring and sports. The lovely bustling nearby port of Duquesa (a short 3 minute drive, or 30 min beach walk) offers lots of good restaurants where you can relax and soak up the atmosphere. 
 
 
Duquesa area 
Andalucia, has 60 golf courses and is a golfers paradise. Duquesa has its own 18 hole course, which overlooks the mediterranean and you can wonder at the breathtaking views of North Africa and nearby Gibraltar. The Sierra Nevada mountains (about 2hrs drive) offer excellent skiing facilities where equipment can be hired. 
 
The Duquesa region is great for, fishing, swimming, horse riding, watersports, socialising, relaxing and having a great holiday! 
 
 
How to get there 
 
We have found easyjet the cheapest and most accommodating airline (from Bristol/Malaga). There are lots of car rental firms for you to choose from, which can be found on the internet. Journey time from Malaga airport to the apartment is a lovely coastal route of approximately 40-50 minutes, from gibraltar just 25-30 mins coastal drive.

The new, fully air-conditioned apartment has been furnished to a high standard and the loung/diner has two leather sofas, TV, DVD. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, there is a twin room and separate shower room. The kitchenette is fully equipped and the apartment provides a more than comfortable stay for a family of 4. The private terrace has a sea view and is perfect for al fresco dining. The shared pools (one for children)are in sight of the apartment. Puerto De La Duquesa is 3 mins by car and is a great place to while away the hours. Plenty of places to relax and great places to eat, offering lots of differnt cuisines to choose from. The apartment is perfectly located for exploring the area. The development itself is situated in a quiet area.

The Sierra Nevada mountains offer excellent skiing facilities,which is 2hrs drive (so you could catch the morning sun and ski in the afternoon). Costa Del Sol offers lots of activies, fishing, golfing, riding, skiing, swimming,walking. Puerto Banus is a 30 minute drive as is Gibraltar. You may also wish to vist the Rhonda. A great location and a perfect place for a warm sunny holiday.

				High Season Price:	£250 per Week

£100 non-refundable deposit to secure booking. Balance required 4 weeks prior to stay. £50 refundable breakages deposit. To be returned within two weeks of stay (upon property inspection). Please ensure you have your own travel insurance. Cancellations notified prior to 8 weeks before stay,no further charge. 7 to 4 weeks prior to stay, 25% of balance and within 4 weeks 50%. Where we can we will be happy to be flexible on occupancy times on arrival/departure dates (at no additional cost). Payment is by Sterling Cheque.
