Vacation Rental Description
This spacious air conditioned / heated apartment is furnished to a high standard with marble floors throughout. There are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, wash hand basin, toilet & bidet. The patio doors lead out from the bedroom onto a terrace that overlooks La Duquesa Golf Course.  
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and is situated next to a bathroom with a shower cubicle, wash hand basin & toilet. There are also patio doors that lead onto a private terrace. All the patio doors have electronic shutters for security & there is a set of table & chairs on each terrace for your outside dining. 
 
We have a leather corner suite in the livingroom with beech coffee & end tables which compliments the beech dining table & chairs in the dining area. Also in the living room we have a TV with Sky & a DVD player 
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven,hob & extractor, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave & everything else from t-towels to all the crockery,cutlery,glassware,pots & pans you could need. 
There is also a utility room with a washing machine, ironing board & iron. 
 
Parking is allocated in a secure underground garage & there is an elevator to the ground floor apartment. 
 
The grounds outside are beautifully landscaped & there are 2 swimming pools with sunbeds in the immediate area, one for children & in high season there is a lifeguard on duty. For the more energetic of you there is also a paddle tennis court. 
 
You can fly into any of 3 airports, Gibraltar is the nearest (20 min drive), Malaga (50 min drive) or Jerez (75 min drive) all of these airports are serviced by either Easyjet, Ryanair, Monarch British Airways & many others. Car Hire is relatively inexpensive in Spain.

The beach can also be accessed via the Marina & has a beach restaurant & a boardwalk to the nearest village called Sabinillas. 
    La Duquesa Golf Club is within walking distance & there are many other Golf courses to choose from nearby.
