Vacation Rental Description
This fantastic beach front apartment is situated within the popular complex of Marina de la Duquesa. The complex boasts 4 swimming pools, one which is heated during the low season. There are two paddle tennis courts, a fitness room and plenty of sunbathing areas with loungers. The complex is secure and has underground parking. The complex is beachfront, you simply open the gate to the promenade and the beach is in front of you! There is a beachbar here which serves good food and you can bask in the sun whilst being served. 
 
The apartment has unrestriced sea views from the terrace allowing you to dine el fresco whilst soaking in the fantastic view of the Med. Relax on the loungers and enjoy a good book or top up that tan around the swimming pool. The apartment has air conditioning and heating and has been fully equipped with microwave, coffee machine, toaster, iron and irong board, safe, to name a few. We have even put in a few DVD's to keep the little ones amused whilst you get ready to go out for the evening. We have put in a sofa bed so families with the extra child who don't really need a three bed can use this. 
 
The location is fantastic for those wanting a beach holiday and don't fancy taking the car out on an evening to dine. Both Duquesa and Sabinillas have a fine selection of restaurants and bars and are easily walkable even with young children. There is a large park in Sabinillas and water sport activities in Duquesa to keep the youngsters happy. 
 
If you decide to hire a car there are many areas to explore in the region. Gibraltar is only 30 mins away and the views from the top of the rock are breathtaking, just watch out for the cheeky monkeys!! There are numerous water parks within a 45 minute drive and Selwo adventure park is only 15 minutes away which is an animal park. For those more into shopping then you must visit Marbella, from designer to highstreet you will find it all here.  
 
If you prefer scenic then visit Rhonda, slighly inland but beautiful scenery, you can even do a train ride from San Roque to Rhonda so not to miss out on the views. We are also in touch with a local tour company who do day trips to Seville, Cordoba, Gibraltar, Granada to name a few so plenty places rich in culture to explore.
