This superior 3 bed roomed air conditioned apartment makes an ideal holiday home set as it is on the delightful development of Paraiso de la Bahia with it's lovely tropical gardens and pools and being just a stones throw from one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol.

This 2 storey apartment has a good sized living/dining room with patio doors onto a large balcony with views of the pools, gardens and the Mediterranean Sea beyond. There is an attractive solid wood dining suite with seating for six and two comfortable settees, satellite t.v. has been installed in the lounge and there is also a DVD player and a CD player.

The balcony is furnished with a glass topped patio set and a large umbrella.

The cool marble flooring and ceiling fans in the living room and all 3 bed rooms keep this apartment pleasantly cool even during the hottest summer months.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer etc. Also on the first floor is a twin bedroom with sliding patio doors to the large balcony and a full bathroom.

Stairs lead from here to the top floor where there are 2 further bedrooms, one double and one twin.They both have their own balconies, again with marvellous views. The master bedroom is of very generous dimensions and has a full en-suite bathroom. There is also a third full bathroom on this floor.

Paraiso de la Bahia, or paradise bay, is a small,quiet, enclosed development about 5 minutes from Estepona on the more peaceful western end of the Costa del Sol. It has been well landscaped with tropical gardens and there are a total of 2 adult and 2 children's pools as well as a children's play area. The lovely nearby sandy beach of Playa de Casares is just a couple of minutes walk away with easy access over a pedestrian bridge.

Parking is provided directly outside the apartment.

It is also just a couple of minutes by car from the up and coming town of Sabinillas where you will now find a very good selection of shops, bars and restaurants as well as a lovely promenade all the way along the sea front.

The apartment is very well equipped with everything you will need to make your stay a happy one.

The picturesque port of Duquesa is also just a short distance away where of course a very cosmopolitan selection of bars and restaurants can be found.

The Rock of Gibraltar is also within easy reach, about 25 minutes in the car, and is always worth a visit.

For golfing enthusiasts this area has much to offer with many first class golf courses within easy reach such as Duquesa, Valderrama, Sotogrande, Estepona and the newly constructed Dona Julia and Cortesin de Casares, to name but a few.

In short this lovely Costa del Sol holiday apartment has many features to recommend it not least of all it's excellent location, high standard of fittings and furnishings and it's wonderful views.

All prices are fully inclusive of electricity, gas,linen, towels and cleaning. The simplest and safest method of payment is either via online transfer from your online account to mine or by an electronic transfer direct from your bank to mine. You can also pay by personal cheque or direct counter payment at any branch of the Abbey Bank, full details sent at the time of booking. You may also pay using paypal but unfortunately as a result of paypal´s charges to the recipient, they make none to the sender, this method incurs a 4% surcharge on all monies sent. However for visitors outside Europe this may still prove the best method. A cot and bedding are available for a small surcharge of 15.00 euros per week payable on arrival.
