The property is a well kept and well equipped holiday home 2 or 20 persons as well as for large groups or family parties. We will submit individual quotations for 2 up to 20 persons or other size of groups or events. Also we will include in the quotation the facilities such as use of swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, airconditionnning, billiard, Internet Wifi/W-Lan.

    • The Holiday Home/Villa is a typical spanish luxury Cortijo and finca with modern equipment and Internet, Broadband and Wifi(W-Lan conncetion. There is a large riding paddock as well as the grpund are so big that you can ride your own riding excursion. The owners are fiendlym, speak english, spanisch, french and german. They kknow the area very well to offer all kinds of information on Andalucia and the Costa del Sol. The property is situaded close to the beaches (20 minutes) and good road connections, but with celestial calm and stunning views as well as seaviews. We can organize cleaning service or a spanish cool to prepare a typical spanish paella.

    We will offer individually according to the number of persons. The extras will be agreed also individually. You choose what you want to be included or we offer and agree with you each individual booking. There is a payment of 50% by booking and the rest is 6 weeks before arrival. The total is amount is due in any case after booking - so we recommend for a cancelation insurance. There is a breakagae deposit of 100/200/400/600 Pounds depending on the number of persons. There is a fee for endcleaning between 50 Euros and 200 Euros depending on the number of persons agreed in the rental contract. We offer professional rental contract perfect payment confirmation and keep in contact till the day of the reception of the keys etc. An indivual quotation(rental price) is sent to you within 2 or 3 hours.
