Vacation Rental Description
The Villa has sea views and is situated in a quiet residential area, its very private, you can walk to the beach or marina in about 30 minutes at a leisurely pace, by car its under 5 minutes. local shops (The Strip) are say 15-20 minutes walk (a few minutes by car) where you find many resuratnts (Indian, Mexican, Italian, Spanish, Swiss, English x5, pubs, bars, bistros and shops)and small convienince shops. The local supermarkets similar distance other direction are Mercadonna Supersol and LIDL with further cafes and bars.
The play area is a climbing activity area similar to what you would find in a large English pub garen and indoors there is a small soft play area for little ones, the childrens room which has bunk beds has play station 2 and dvd player the villa has many dvds in it.
The jacuzzi is comfortable with 4 large adults but we have had 6 in it before, always be mindful of wet feet on marble always dry yourself so as not to slip. The pool is 5m by 10 m approx 2ft at the shallow 6 ft at the deep.
The pool is gated by kids can open gates please do not leave young children un supervised.
All rooms are air conditioned and in the winter have gas radiator c/h. The lounge has a large screen tv as does the master bed room, TV is in other rooms aswell. The top terace is uncovered and the jacuzzi terrace is covered, patio furniture and sun beds surround the pool area.
