The apartment is on the first floor, and the living/dining area leads on to the large open terrace with views to the mountains and sea ,which is south west facing sun in the morning until late afternoon. The living and dining area is furnished to high modern standards, with large Plasma satelite TV, with DVD/CD, and Video, and books. There is air-con and heating, and marble throughout the apartment.
The main master bedroom leads on to the terrace as well, with queen size bed and en-suite which has underfloor heating for winter.
The second bedroom as twin beds, next door to the shower room which has a large walk in glass shower unit, also with underfloor heating.
The kitchen has all mod-cons which is fully equipped with dishwasher etc, there is also a small terrace from the kitchen with washing machine and dryer, that looks on to the lilly pond and gardens.
There are only six apartments in each block all apartments have indoor garage parking, and lifts to all floors and intercom to the apartments. And the complex is surround with tropical gardens, water features, and lilly pond.
Car hire is recommended but there is also a tourist train that stops outside the complex, to take you all around Calahonda and the beach etc. There are walking trails to the hills and a children´s park, Tennis club with gym, sauna, squash, golf all just 10 - 15 minutes walk away.
