HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ground floor apartment, spacious private terrace. The apartment has SkyTV (free-view card), DVD&VIDEO tranquil location near ALL LOCAL amenities - 1 minute walk to a full choice of BARS, RESTAURANTS, a few shops, 2 supermarkets, a medical centre, etc. Less than 5 min walk to the beach.
Our apartment is situated in a beautiful tranquil family friendly community Buena Vista, on the strip of Calahonda - with restaurants, bars, shops and 2 supermarkets.
It is a ground floor apartment from the entrance side and first floor from the terrace side, it is overlooking the little river, it has some sea views from the terrace, the entrance door is just next to the swimming pool). 2 bedrooms (one - with a double bed, and the other bedroom with twin-beds) all with built-in wardrobes. There is a sofa bed for 2 more people and an another additional bed can be provided if needed. The lounge and the kitchen are spacious. There is a laundry room. There are security gates for the garden and the swimming pool area and a security gate of the apartment.
The apartment is nicely furnished & decorated. It is bright and spacious.
There is Sky TV, DVD, Audio system & Radio, Video, a portable barbecue on the terrace (on request), fully equipped kitchen - electric kettle, microwave, electric oven, fridge-freezer, gas hob, toaster, washing machine.
There is a large mature communal garden with a large swimming pool fully equipped to meet the latest European standards.
This apartment is situated in a minute walk from the nearest amenities and just 5 min walk to the beach. The nearest golf course is La Siesta, about 10 minutes walk up the hill. In 5 minutes drive, there are many more golf courses (Miraflores, CaboPino, Artola, La Cala, Mijas, Greenlife & Santa Maria (Elviria), La Noria Golf & Resort (La Cala) etc. In the vicinity of the apartment there are also tennis courts, gyms, a spa centre.
At a short drive there are two mini-golf courses, the aquaparks Mijas & Torremolinos, Funny beach - Marbella with variety of watersports offered, the small and pretty port of Cabo pino, horse riding, bowling, fresh water fishing, mountaineering, free climbing, trekking, archery, clay pigeon and skeet shooting, cycling, moto-cross, quads and go carting, and so on, in addition to a wide array of indoor sports.
The best beaches, hidden coves, the highest concentration of marinas in Spain as well as reefs that satisfy both divers and fishermen can be found along the coast. The nearest naturist beach is situated near Cabo Pino (4 km away).

Facilities
The apartment is clean and ready for your arrival. The final cleaning and laundry is included. If you wish to use the air-conditioning unit, there is a supplement of 20 euros per week to cover partly the extra electricity built. If you plan to use the garage, please, let us know when enquiring.

There are discounts for 2, 3 weeks or monthly stay during low & middle season. BIG WINTER DISCOUNTS FOR MONTHLY STAY. The deposit of 40% has to be paid to guarantee the booking. The balance is due at arrival. The apartment is clean and ready for your arrival. Damage/key deposit of 150 GBP or 200 euros has to be paid at arrival and you get it back when you leave. The prices above are for max 4 people using the 2 bedrooms. If you need to use the sofa bed and the other extra bed there is a small additional charge to cover the extra laundry & cleaning involved. If you need a cot &/or a hight chair, this also has a small additional charge.
