The Apartment was newly furnished in June 2007 and has a large open plan kitchen and living room with dining for 6. The large southwest facing private terrace, with integral barbeque, enjoys the sun from midday to sunset and has sea views.
There is direct lift access from the underground car park, with dedicated car parking space, to the apartment and to all parts of development including the swimming pools.

This new complex is set in the hills above Sitio de Calahonda with the apartments set in beautiful gardens with swimming pools, fountain and waterfall (Las Cascadas). The main pool has loungers, changing facilities and great views down to the coast.
The hillside setting of Las Cascadas de las Lomas provides guests with fantastic views across the Mediterranean to both Gibraltar and North Africa .
A car is recommended to make the most of your stay, although a tourist train will get you around Calahonda leaving every half hour, and buses from Calahonda take you along the coastal road to Marbella , Puerto Banus, and other places along the coast. Car hire services are available at the airport as well as many places in Calahonda.
The centre of Calahonda is 2km down the hill from Cascadas de Las Lomas and offers a good choice of restaurants & bars together with supermarkets, shops, medical centre, taxi rank and banks.

The sandy beaches and fine restaurants of Puerto Cabopino are a five minute drive away, offering water sports, fishing, and boat trips.
The apartment is close to many fine golf courses, and Club del Sol tennis centre is within 1km.
Marbella with its bars, restaurants, shops and beautiful Orange Square is a 20 minute drive away. A further 10 minute drive gets you to the marina and playboy haunt of Puerto Banus.
Recommended is a trip to the white town of Ronda with its breathtaking setting over a gorge (60 minute drive).
Historic Gibralter offers opportunities for duty-free shopping and dolphin watching. (60 minute drive).
Families with children will enjoy Tivoli World Centre in Benalmadena (15 mins drive), the Aqua Park and excellent Zoo in Fuengirola (10 mins drive), and cable car rides to the Calamorro Mountain.
Not far from the beaches are true Spanish villages such as Mijas, Casares, Manilva and Sabinillas.
