A large free-form pool is steps away from the front terrace. This spacious terrace has dining and sitting areas and also offers great views of the sea, pool and lush tropical gardens. The large rear terrace has a barbeque and a dining table to accommodate up to 10 diners and has lovely views of the mountainside to the north. The fully equipped kitchen would suit a gourmet chef or the holiday maker who wants to make nothing more than reservations at one of the many fine local restaurants.

The apartment is on the raised ground floor and just steps away from the pool and gardens. The community has two pools which are shared by 95 apartments. The community provides sun lounger’s for use at the pool in addition to available garden chairs and beach chairs which belong to the apartment. Club del Sol is just a few minutes away with great tennis and work out facilities at very reasonable rates. Satellite is provided so that you can keep up with all of your programmes on free-to-air. Free wireless broadband internet access is available for guests' laptops with wireless capability. For laptops without wireless, an available wireless connection 'dongle' can be rented for £5 per week. One garage space is provided directly below the flat with additional outdoor parking available for a second car and visitors. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, but smokers are welcome to smoke on the terrace.

Calahonda is ideally positioned mid-way between Fuengirola and Marbella and provides easy access to the Autopista for journeys further afield exploring the wonders of Andalucia and it's magnificent cities and quaint white villages. There is virutally limitless outdoor recreation available from tennis and golf 5 minutes down the road to a 2 hour journey to the Sierra Nevada mountains to the northeast or to the European wind surfing capital of Tarifa to the west.

A Euro 250 deposit to hold a reservation is payable at the time of reservation and is not refundable. The balance is payable 90 days in advance of your arrival. Refund policy: 60-89 days 50%, 59-30 days 40%, 29-15 days 10%, fewer than 14 days 0%. Owner must receive cancellation by post or email and refund will be based on the date the notification was received and confirmed by the owner. In addition to the above quoted rates, a security deposit of Euro 250 will be required prior to check in and will be refunded within 5 days after the housekeeping staff has determined that all is in order. The security deposit can be paid either by bank transfer or cheque with guarantee card. Bed and bathroom linens are provided according to the number of guests. For stays of longer than one week, we will do a light tidying and freshen the linens at the end of each week. Rates include all utilities, subject to reasonable and fair usage.
