The apartment is huge with every conceiveable extra. Outside the apartment there's a huge L-shaped balcony around the lounge, dining room, bedrooms which has far-reaching sea views, probably the best apartment in the complex for such views! The furnishing appointment is 5-star, we are a family of 2 adults and 4 children (aged 6 to 9) & can't think of anything we missed. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment & location to anyone. I am sure like us, having been you'll feel hard pushed to find anywhere so luxurious & well placed, not just on the Costa Del Sol, but anywhere in Europe. A booking may commence on the same day as a booking ends for the departing guests. Rental charges are based on occupancy of up to 6 people per week. Over occupancy up to a maximum of 8, are charged at an extra £50 per person, per week. Rental of baby cot is £15 per week. Rental of high chair is £15 per week. We require a 20% or £150 non-refundable deposit(whichever is the greatest) upon booking & the balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. In addition to the balance, a £200 refundable deposit against breakages/damage or lost keys is also required at this time, which will be refunded once the apartment has been checked following your departure. ***NO SMOKING IN ANY OF THE APARTMENT ROOMS - THANK YOU*** Please call or E-mail us for availability as this is constantly changing.
