Vacation Rental Description
The property is in a gated complex and includes a refurbished, fully fitted / equipped kitchen and bathroom, satelite tv, al fresco dining on the balcony, two good sized double bedrooms, communal pool and is well furnished. 
Local amenities are a 5 minute walk, including shops, bars and restaurants. 
The Riviera beach is a short walk, as is Max's beach restaurant and bar with stunning views over the beach. 
The Aztec club is directly opposite the property, with restaurants, bars, tennis, mini-golf, beauty treatments. 
Riviera Miraflores has a golf course and the whole region offers ample choice of golf courses. 
A particularly beautiful beach, just a short 5 minute drive away, is Cabopino, which also has a small marina with restaurants. 
The Cost del Sol boats year round sunshine, offering the best winter sunshine in Europe.  
The property is located half-way between Malaga (nearest airport - 25 minute drive) and Marbella. Fashionable Puerto Banus is approximately 15 minutes drive away. Venture into the hills to explore traditional Andalucia, with its white washed villages such as Mijas.  
Family attractions include a nearby Acqua park, Zoo, Tivoli world, beaches and more.

    • You will find the apartment fully euipped with all that you will need. Laundered bedding and towels are provided. At an extra cost, essential food supplied can be arranged for your arrival. The property includes a sofa bed in the lounge. The supermarket is a short walk away, as is an internet cafe and local amenities. The communal pool is supplied with loungers for your use. English speaking representatives are on hand to answer any questions / deal with any problems. All renters are requested to abide by the community rules and guidelines and any breakages must be paid for.

A refundable security deposit of £100 will be required to cover any damages / lost keys. Any breakages must be paid for. No pets allowed. All renters are requested to abide by the community rules and guidelines.
