Our high quality rental holiday apartment in Calahonda, costa del sol has 3 bedroomed large (130m2) , with a fabulous sized terrace (80m2) offering wonderful views of the Mediterranean sea. It is located in a beautifully landscaped gated complex, offering 4 swimming pools plus a childrens pool. The apartment is furnished to an exceptionally high standard. It is conveniently located to all local attractions. There are shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance and the beaches are a short drive or a 20 minute stroll away.

There is a large open plan lounge/dining area with 2x 3 seater leather sofas, satellite TV with Sky reception and English channels, DVD player. the dining area has a large dining table with 6 chairs, positioned under a lovely feature domed ceiling. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster etc.

The 3 bedrooms are all large, offering a queen sized bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the other 2 rooms. All bedrooms have large built in wardrobes, offering plenty of storage space. There are 2 large bathrooms, one en-suite and one family, each with bath, shower, bidet etc.

The large terrace wraps around the apartment, offering superb sea and mountain views, as well as a pleasant sea breeze! The terrace has a large table and 6 comfey sunbeds, for private sunbathing as well as a large built in BBQ for alfresco dining.

The apartment is a 5 minute walk from several local restaurants and a small supermarket. The main shopping areas are a 5 minute drive away or a trip on the local land-train, which also connects to the local beaches.

The apartment is within a 20 minute drive of over 15 golf courses. La Siesta Golf course is literally a couple of minutes from the apartment, and La Cala, Miraflores, Capobino, El Chapperel and Calanova are all approximately a 10 minute drive away.

The apartment is close to lots of lovely, uncrowded beaches. Calahonda beach is less than a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute stroll. The beaches of La Cala, Cabopina and The Don Carlos are approximately a 10 minute drive away. Parking is very easy.

Marbella town is only 14km away (10 minutes drive) and the old picturesque white pueblo of Mijas approx 10 km away (15 minutes drive), with its charming cobbled streets and donkey rides. Other really interesting places to visit are Granada, Ronda, Coin, La Cala and Malaga.

There are plenty of children based activities in the area: tivoli world, which is a lovely place to spend the evening is a 15 minute drive away, the Mijas waterpark is about 10 minutes away, Selwoo safari park is about 20 minutes away.

The apartment is 25 minutes from Malaga airport and 1 hour to Gibralta airport. It is well located for all local beaches, golfcourses and tourist attractions. Detailed instructions will be sent .

The apartment is very well located near to lots of fabulous beaches, which cater for all tasates. Capopino and Nikki beach offer plenty of water sports such as banana boats, sailing, windsurfing and pedaloes. Most beaches have a local beach bar serving cold drinks and fabulous food, with most cooking sardines the old fashioned way over a fire in a dis-used fishing boat.
There are several attractions close by such as the Mijas water park, Fuengirola Zoo and the Selwo safari park. Historic towns and villages are close by, such as Ronda(1 Hours drive|), Granda, Malalga and Marbella.
There is a huge range of restaurants around catering fro all tastes, from traditional Tappas bars, to Chinese etc. Calahonda itself is a family orientated resort, so for night clubs, Fuengirola and Marbella are the paces to go.

The apartment is equipped to a very high satandard, with everything thsat you could possably need for an enjoyable holiday!
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, luxurious bedding, plenty of wardrobe space and an ensuite bathroom, comprising bath/ shower, 2 sinks, toilet and bidet. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds and plenty of wardrobe space. The family bathroom is well eqipped with a bath/shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
The lounge area has 2 leather settees, TV with Sky plus a DVD player. The dining area is under a rustic dome with seating from 6.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven hob, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle.
The spacious main terrace (80 m2) offers a dining area for 6 people and a built in BBQ,6 sunloungers with deep filled cushions and a comfortable seating area perfect for pre-dinner drinks!The terrace offers fabulous sea views, with sun and shade most of the day.

Low Season Price : £350
High Season Price : £650 per Week

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. A £200 refundable deposit is also required against breakages etc, which is returned after your holiday.

The prices are based on a maximum of 6 people sharing. Extra people are charged at £50 per week. We have a cot and a highchair, if required.

Long term lets are avaialble from an amazing £250 per week, on winter lets of 3 weeks or more, please feel free to enquire.

We accept credit cards for a small supplement.
