Vacation Rental Description
An idea rental opportunity for families with children or older couples seeking a a quiet peaceful holiday and yet still within a stones throw of both Benalmadena and Fuengirola. Situated in Mi Jardin with its well kept gardens, swimming pool and children’s play area. Approx 10 minutes walk from the beach with a restaurant and several beach bars. It has 2 bedrooms and large sofa bed, sleeping 6 comfortably: 1 double and a twin. 1 bathroom, an open plan lounge and kitchen. There is cable TV, radio and CD player. The property has a large terrace with stunning views of the Mediterranean: it's an ideal place to enjoy catching the sun, dining or just watching the world go by. A real home from home and has all mod cons such as washing machine, microwave, kettle, fans etc. For families travelling with small children, equipment such as car seats, cots and highchairs etc are also available to rent. We are a short car journey out of town and do recommend hiring a car but not essential

We also have a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The pool is only 2 mins away and is shared with Mi Jardin guests only. If you require a change of linen during your stay a small fee will apply but it will be fresh on when you arrive and for short stays will be fine, we also supply towels, tea towels etc. We have been renting the apartment out for many years and we have tried to make sure there is everything you will need for your stay!

we have a park 5 mins down the bottom of the road. Also a swing and slide just near the pool. Theres lots of places to go with children, tivoli world, selwo marina, fuengirola zoo, sealife and more, all within a 10 min drive. The apartment has all the information. We care close to the beach, watersports, boat trips, beach bars etc. There are lots of golf courses within a short drive too. We have a local bus service which passes through the urbanisaton.

- Travel Info: Our apartment is on a quiet Urbanisation just out of town. We are between the pueblo and the coast and we have a very nice comunity. We do recomend a car as all the shops are at the top of the Urbanisation and its a long walk up!
