Vacation Rental Description

Our apartment is on the 8th floor of a 9 floor block. It is south facing with a good sized balcony, so it gets the sun all day, if it is out. It is serviced by 2 lifts. There is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom with separate family shower room. It has a well equipped kitchen and lounge with a dining table to seat 6. The prices are inclusive of cleaning, electricity and gas.

The rate quoted is for 2 people, we charge £20.00 extra per person per week, maximum 4 people. We ask for £100.00 booking deposit when you book with us, this is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, unless under exceptional circumstances, but will be returned to you once we have received the keys back, providing the apartment is left in a clean and tidy state.
Full payment is due 4 weeks before your departure date. We accept BACS transfers or cheque.
If you have paid in full and then cancel, we will refund only if we are able to book out the apartment for the holiday dates you had taken.

Owners Profile

We bought our apartment in Gemini in 2003 after going to the Costa del Sol to my in-laws apartment for many years. We decided it would be nice to have our own apartment and we wanted 2 bedroom with sea views and a sunny balcony. We love the ease of the flight to Malaga and direct train link to Arroyo, plus there is a good variety of places to eat out.
