There is a main double bedroom with en suite, two further bedrooms, main bathroom, lounge / diner leading out to a terrace having a patio table and chairs and views over the park. There is a modern kitchen with all appliances and a small breakfast table. From the kitchen there is a laundry area. The community is well kept with beautiful gardens and a swimming pool. within walking distance there is a large supermarket, plenty of bars, restaurants, shopping, the famous Marina, beaches and parks.

    • The Costa Del Sol has around 300km of coastline. The municipality of Benalmadena is divided in three parts, Benalmadena Pueblo, Benalmadena Costa and Arroyo De La Meil. Torrequebrada is immersed in a relaxed atmosphere in Benalmadena Costa. Within a few minutes walk, there are many activities and places to visit, golf, mini golf, beaches Marina Sea life, Tivoli World, Parque de Paloma, Selvo Marina, The Picasso Museum, Nightlife in the Marina with nioghtclubs and very close is the famous Hotel Torrequebrada with dinner and show in the Salon Fortuna. The best Spectacular Flamenco and international show on the Costa del Sol. 
    Torrequebrada Golf Course is close by. It is an 18 hole golf course and is situated between the Mediterranean sea and the mountains. The average temperature is around 18 centigrade during the whole year. Even in the winter, it does not fall under 14 during the day. The Costa Del Sol has three hundred sunny days per year.
