Vacation Rental Description
Altos del Higueron is a brand new apartment, completed in June 2007. Reserva boasts swimming facilities, tennis, sauna and massage and other retreats onsite. The beach is moments away and a bus runs to multiple golf courses and beaches so no need for a car! 
 
The apartment is air conditioned in all bedrooms, seating and dining areas. There are three luxury double bedrooms, providing beautifully finished, light and airy accommodation for up to six adults in three bedrooms - Two double and one twin. 
 
The beautiful Costa del Sol has something for everyone- spend your days lounging on the stretches of clean sandy beaches soaking up the sun, or get active and try your hand at one of the many watersports on offer. 
 
In the evenings venture out and experience the vibrant nightlife that the area has to offer. And of course, this is shopping paradise, all in the sun of course! 
 
There are too many beaches and golfing facilities to mention. There is Torrequebrada golf, marina golf, Benal Golf, Casin Torrequebrada, sunset beach, Benal beach, Selwo marina, Puerto marina all by bus from outside the apartment. 
 
Plus all the other facilities along the south coast. 
 
Fly to Malaga - Casa Altos Del Higueron is 10 junctions from the airport (south) on exit 217 on the E-15/A-7. 
Cheap flights available from Easyjet.co.uk, BA, BabyBMI, Monach and other cheap airlines from major cities in Europe to Malaga airport.

Local train runs to the apartment (2 Euros) and a short bus ride (2 Euros) run regularly

    Outside, the apartment has a covered shaded terrace ("naya") , with direct access from both the lounge and master bedroom. An exterior dining table and six chairs are provided here. There is a gas bbq (please buy gas from petrol station) and outdoor seating area. A glass curtain shield the terrace from any unwelcome wind and rain and blinds provides complete privacy. The area is perfect for dining outdoors, and lounging in the shade. 
     
    A few steps away you will find an 8 metre by 4 metre swimming pool maintained by the community - on your doorstep! with sun-loungers. The pool has a shallow end and a deep end. All exterior pool edging is non-slip.

    The apartment is let on a Saturday to Saturday basis during July & August, other months may be booked for any day. The apartment is let from 4.00 p.m. on the day of your arrival until 11.00 a.m. on the day of your departure. One-third deposit is required on booking and the balance 8 weeks prior to departure. Receipts will be sent for both deposit and balance. The key will be collected from security at Altos Del Higeuron on arrival and should be returned to security on departure. Refundable breakages deposit of £500 required prior to arrival, to be refunded subject to satisfactory property inspection. £150 cleaning charge for every booking. In peak/summer season bookings are Saturday-to-Saturday only. Guests must ensure they select the correct number of weeks to secure their booking. This may require booking more weeks than they are on holiday. Bookings between October and June are flexible changeover days.
