There are communal pools and the terrace is overlooking the beautiful Torrequebrada Golf Course, creating an exclusive environment for your holiday. The beach, shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants are a short walk from the apartment. The property benefits from air conditioning/heating and telephone entry system and secure underground parking..Great for families and golfing holidays.

    • The apartment is only a 5 minute walk to the local beaches,(including a naturist beach), beachbars, restaurants overlooking the sea, casino, golfcourse and bus stop. The nearest supermarket is a 10 minute walk. Train station 20 minute walk and the airport 20 minute taxi ride. Minutes away by bus, from the "buzz" yet peaceful enough to get a good nights sleep! Walk along the clifftop walkways to the centre of Benalmadena, stopping at the viewing points along the way to watch the sunset. We overlook the 6th Tee on Torrequebrada golf course.     A £100 non-refundable deposit is required on booking for weekly rentals (£100 Pound per week booked) and £300 for monthly rentals. No more than 4 people should reside in the apartment without prior arrangements with us,each extra person Will be charged £50 per week. The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 am on the morning of departure,for the apartment to be cleaned for the next clients arriving,unless late departure is authorized by us and will be charged at the daily rate for that week. The apartment may not be available on your arrival untill 13:00 hours. The full balance is due Eight full weeks before arrival date. We do make a a £100 Key/Damage deposit, which is fully refundable upon the returning of the keys,And as long as there is no damage in apartment.This is normally within 7 days,depending on how soon you post the keys back to me. Please report any instances of breakages immediately.
