Central location, between Belanmadena-Arroyo la Miel and Torremolinos town centres, 700 metres from the beaches (La Carihuela) and Puerto Marina. Malaga airport to 8Kms. Many facilities and very comfortable: International and Spanish shops bars, restaurants, local amenities are closed by. You don't need the car for moving. 
There are many golf courses at 15 minutes drive by car. Local attractions like Casino Torrequebrada, Tivoli World fun park, Sea Life Park, Cable car ride to the mountain to get full Costa del Sol views, delighted Puerto Marina and Paloma Park for children, etc. all are at short walking distances. Other activities are swimming, tennis, fishing, sailing, scuba diving, horse riding, hiking, shopping and jet skiing or just laze about and sunbathe all day.
